The price of Bitcoin can be manipulated, but if you ask some people they will tell you that it is a lie that it can’t be manipulated, these are also the same people that will also tell you later that the price of Bitcoin is determined by the rate of demand and that it’s volatile, causing confusion here and there😏😏. The price of Bitcoin can be manipulated, but only by the whales or maybe a group of people who’s got what it takes.

Basically when you panic sell during a bloodbath, you sell your coins to the whales, who are more than happy to collect more of them at cheap price.

I have noticed this kind of person and he is one of my friends, lately, he sold out his all coins when the market starting a bloodbath.
Maybe one of these days he realized that he has a wrong decision.

I think they have the power to do that by paying those media broadcasters to keep spreading a FUD news that gives a negative image to the bitcoin or all crypto. Small bitcoin holders easily panic selling that's the time the whale had a big laugh because they bought at the lowered price they know that after a month the price will back to a normal price.

I think the main lever for manipulating the price is not spreading a FUD news because only regular users(not whales) can be affected by that. And when regular users start selling, this actually has almost no impact on the market and thus can't ignite massive panic selling. What the whales do is they start selling themselves. Only when the whales are selling the price falling is becoming noticeable and only after that the massive panic selling starts.

it seems to be clear now how it happens. honestly before i have no idea how did this whales manipulate market and how does FUDs affect the market, besides it cannot be trigger that easily because as we all know that whales are mostly veterans and not just easily panicked by some FUDs coming out from nowhere.

You can see the price has dropped, it is all as a result of withdrawals. The bulls are the ones that moves the market a lot and we follow. It takes a lot of money to control the cryptocurrency market and not just anyone can do that except if you’re very rich.

Lol, if I have a lot of money I will manipulate the market too and recover every loss I have made😂😂😂. Since the price has dropped to $6k, I don’t know where we are heading next, but I believe that before the end of this year we will hit a huge price rate , that’s for sure☺🙂

One of the factors of price volatility of cryptocurrency is the law of demand and supply. Alternative Coins price varies with these law, when the supply is low and demand is high, then technically, the price will go high. That in inverse in the different way either. So in connection with the whales, these persons have power through money which they can totally but a lot of altcoins when the market in on correction or dip. And with that action they have, market price and capitalization will totally go up because as what we know, they are whales. This could be the truth, but we do not know that yet.

Maybe they are on the back of falling prices of the bitcoin in the market, but we do not have a sufficient basis to prove for what we believe and we don't have enough ability to prevent them, the only thing that we can do now is go on with the flow.

It is possible for them to manipulate the market and seems like people are now aware of this strategy though we can't really tell when they will buy back so that we can go with the flow. Newcomers and those with weak hands are still in trouble nowadays because of the sudden change of prices. If only I got a lot of money to invest now I will surely buy some. Maybe I have to wait for a good timing the next time they will be playing the market so that I can be having a good harvest.

It is possible for them to manipulate the market and seems like people are now aware of this strategy though we can't really tell when they will buy back so that we can go with the flow. Yes most of the newcomers now are experiencing a loss on which they don't have enough strategy and also they didn't aware for the market manipulation that changes anytime that's why long-term trading is advisable for them but if they want to take a risk on that and learn a new lesson make sure that they are always able to accept a loss and make it a lesson so that they can also earn a huge profit in this market manipulation. This is a good chance to buy more now because surely it will be going up again or reached new ath due to having a big community that continuously adapted it and the whales will always make a move to make this community active in order to encourage new investors that makes it more valuable.

I think they do, whales are holding a lot of money and crypto, so I think with them dumping or buying can greatly increase or decrease the market demand and the price of a coin or token. That's why some are waiting for whales to buy for them to make a good investment.

Whales don't panic at all, that was my point. They sell intentionally to lower the price. When the price is low enough, in their opinion, they start buying as much as they can. Obviously, it's impossible to buy a lot of coins at low price because it starts rising when whales are making their bulk buys. That's why they start selling again to lower it, and on and on, so it's a loop process in a way? and that's what is called manipulation.

This is also one of the problems that I'm wondering. It seems that the whale is manipulating the price of the market, so the market always follows their will. I think that filled is also the concern of many others. Along with the negative news appearing every day, it made Bitcoin have a lot of fluctuations and the value dropped sharply. However, we are still not sure whether whale groups manipulate the market, all is just predictable.

I'm not sure they can do that, right now there are thousands of exchanges and millions of users, it is impossible for whales to manipulate the price because the stocks in exchanges are pure.

There might be an indirect way for that to happen but for sure Whales and their transactions
have made big significant impacts on the market. With that in mind, the influence they harbor

Market is manipulated by whales not just the crypto market but the traditional market as well. They manipulate it not just in terms of accumulating with small amounts and then dump it when the price goes higher but they are the one handling the media and news as well so that they can time when they wanted to release a news to help them make the price higher or they want to make it lower to buy more.

I think that whales are manipulating the market today, we see today the rapidly rising and falling prices that are not natural in the market. Maybe if these whales disappear we will see a steady price increase.

They wouldn't disappear because whales are always there and besides, for every market, there is a market maker so that the coin would always have a volume and keep the market active.
