For me I don't have any problem with an exchanges sites because it works perfectly to me, it only needs patience and if you encounter problem then try to contact with the support, it is very frustrating if you can't handle this things because here in crypto we can encounter a lot of things and it is very risky as well.

Doing cryptocurrency, I realized that the main thing in it is patience . Patience with the faults in the system waiting for a transaction token exchanges. Either educate yourself in it, or drink sedatives

Your issue regarding on the Idex deposit, is that the idex completely relies on the ethereum network. It may take some time when the ethereum network is clogged. Especially when you have a low gas deposit upon sending. But rest assured you will get the tokens soon. You just have to wait for it.

I think it is a common problem faced by everyone in Exchange. When wanting a fast transaction necessarily could but just maybe this will take a fee for doing so. It is really unpleasant but I think soon many exchanges will be able to solve this problem. I try to choose those who produce fast withdrawal and do not keep all my coins in one place.

Your experience is quite bad and I feel your pain. So many things going on in the crypto space. The most important is your assets security. I suggest you write to the support of such exchanges, don't panic. Happened to me once or twice but it got resolved immediately I wrote to the support.

I did not have such cases, usually the Deposit is normally credited and withdrawn too quickly, see how much you have gas, I just hate that some exchanges have large restrictions and can not be withdrawn
