Is facebook creating their own crypto?

I'm not too sure about that, because what I know that facebook even bans cryptocurrency ads on facebook, so how they can create their own crypto while they ban it.

They didn't ban it,they just stop promoting the ICOs,so we can conclude that they only want their ICO ads in their platform right.But still nothing clear about this but I think Mark will announce about these thing soon.

So senior coins such as bitcoin, litecoin, eth, still allowed to advertise on facebook?
If it's right, I hope Facebook creates its own cryptocurrency.
If that happens maybe advertising on facebook will use the coins they make, then the deal on facebook will use the coin as well, and most importantly the popularity of cryptocurrency will continue to rise and the more known the people in the world.

As long it isnt ICO related stuffs then those post wont really be deleted or be on moderation as i have heard there are still some crypto related post that being deleted or accounts being blocked because of posting such thing. I dont still have conclusion or idea on how this thing happen to those persons if they do only ban up ico related ads.Yes, they would make their own coin but i would still treat is as an another source of income into its owner.

I don't think Facebook wants to do that. I think that Facebook is nt even interested in crypto with the way they ban ads. Unless if they wanna do it privately without the public knowing

In as much as I'd love this, I doubt they'll want to. They could have a team watching the cryptocurrency space. They practically control the social media ads (they also own instagram and whatsapp). The cryptocurrency space has bad publicity now, maybe when there is widespread acceptance tho

Did they release any news about Facebook is start it's own crypto currency and I don't think so, because till now I have seen any official announcement from them. Maybe I heard they want to implement facebook in blockchain technology in order to be more transparent.

They blocked ICO's advertisement, said, that a lot of the crypto projects are scam, and a good project will block too because bad projects can look like a good

And now, they establish their own crypto!
It's a hypocrisy!

I'll not be wondered, if they start to advertise their crypto on FB platform
It can mean, that they just cleared the field for it and remove competitors

lately i was heard facebook only want to explore blockchain technology because they're interested to learn more about blockchain and they said blockchain not necessary linked to cryptocurrencies and can be used by other features which is will make facebook will more better in the future so i don't think they will interested to cryptocurrencies especially made their own crypto

They would really head on that way which as they have mentioned already its not really necessary to engage on crypto for them to make use of blockchain technology which I do see this thing is actually true.Blockchain technology itself can really be used on other means without necessarily using up or recognizing crypto but well its their own choice but I don't see any difference with fb token and with fiat there might be some upgrades with data transferring but tokens will just having that traditional purpose.

I guess that crypto would be popular, at least at first because of Facebook popularity all around the world.
On the other hand because of recent issues with personal data misuse successful crypto could help them to improve shaken reputation.
Also behind all that could also be the attemtp to explore the possibilities of blockchain technology they want to use, like many other companies. Anyway the time will tell what are the true intentions of Facebook.

I think, it's a no no possibility by creating facebook their own crypto asset. Their service will gonna be limited and even their customer or user, just put your focus on this, facebook is one of the famous site because of free unlimited uploading or posting what you want ( many more ) . If they use cypto or payment to be shorten, it will lessen the user immediately. But its up to them, for me, its not a good idea but possible in the future.

I haven't heard or knew about it at all, I just knew that it prohibits crypto ads. I don't think that it's creating their own crypto, but maybe sharing everything related to crypto / as a medium that's starting to support crypto to help spreading the cryptocurrency till support the sophisticated of blockchain technology.

I dont think so that facebook will create their own crypto.. It could be rumor probably.. Because few days ago i heard that Facebook strongly banned ICO crypto related Ad on their platform . And They have billion dollar assets now from facebook.. So, I dont think so they will move forward to make their own crypto .

I think they didn't announce about creating crypto, but i hear they want to develop the facebook in block chain for transparency reasons. So in order to be decentralised owner of facebook took this decision to implement in block chain.

Never heard facebook announcing to launch their own crypto currency and i dont think they would do it anytime soon because of the revenue their earning from ads. I dont think they have interest in building a coin when they're already profiting to much. For algebrax i heard it's good they only take relevant info about you for the ads.

Yeahh, never heard about that thing or news from the officials of facebook. This is just a vision of a playful mind of other bitcoin user like us. Add the point that , facebook is already rich so why they need to go on this business?

They have a platform and many users on their platform, if they make their token, what is very possible to happen, it can be very huge. Until now except speculations here and there I didn`t heard nothing about it. Looks Mark, the owner of FB, have a problems with private information leaking, or call it as you like, he had appearance in front of EU representatives for that. All he said is that he admits that they didn`t pay a lot of attention on protection and that will be their main target in next years, protection of their users. Maybe after that they will consider making their own token.

we dont know what is the real deal until we see they are launching it.
but they have the capability in having their own crypto and it will have a mass adoption.

i am looking forward to its bounty . facebook is wise . its customer data was leaked in March of this year . if it does not follow block technology . in the near future , it will be eliminated .
