I think that would be not possible since facebook earns a lot in ICO and crypto currency company in which they allow to pay amount of money just to advertise their crypto content on facebook. In my opinion is in not really needed because many company will be affected if that happens.

This is just a rumour and facebook has been stated that they have interest to do that. As you can see facebook has been answered to deny the rumour about partnership with the stellar platform.
