Greetings, just installed the client and it doesn't seem to sync at all. I suppose — like with other coins — there might be a conf file config which could help. Didn't go through the whole thread, could anyone please point me out to a way to fix this?

Right now the most urgent thing to do in my opinion for the dev, is to include the libwinpthread-1.dll in the Download link for the windows client in the OP, because right now, with the updated client with the CAT logo, it still wont run because you need the DLL

I was reported that this was fixed with the last release in the OP, is that not 100% true?

It works. But at starting and in the Task Menu it still shows the litecoin icon

Yes, that´s right. Only EXE. Still no config file.

But you can make your own file and copy to your AppData folder... LOOK at the post below

Run catcoin-qt.exe (this will create a folder in %AppData%\Catcoin).
Create a text file catcoin.conf in this folder:
%AppData%\Catcoin
And copy paste there this code:

If you want to solomine (it is very difficult nowadays, but you can check your luck) - create a solo-miner.bat file and copypaste there this code:

I've got no hope on my machine when the next difficulty jump arrives. It's nice to have a coin that's so difficult, but I do wish the difficulty curve had been made a little smoother. To be an early adopter you had to get in within the first 12 hours. If I'm lucky I'll get a couple more catcoins before the next jump.
