A prediction without a support is not to be considered as serious, we as holders of bitcoin always make the actions with the right basis. Although the value of bitcoin now is falling but that will take time again to rise, let's be patient and wait for the price to be in our favor again and let those dumpers do their thing as it will not make a big impact on the market.

yep the only thing that we can do is waiting for the price and be patience since bitcoin price still up and down and we can see in the market, the price is really makes confusing to place a buy order or sell order. but for me, i think if i want to place the order, i will see the history in a weeks and how good is the trend and after that i can make decision.

It's true, Bitcoin price could be going very well to the $1500 house, maybe $1300 at this moment, but running to $1500 soon. In my opinion this hardfork idea was disastrous, desnecessary thing that just created polemic and doubts in community, that is one of the reasons new investors don't join Bitcoin, because they don't know anything about Crypto-Currency and who understand make it more complicated with hardfork ideas.

Exactly, we are already on that amount. Well I guess that's a normal thing for everything, when something starts to rise, there would be people/things that will pull you down. And as long as there's a balancing for the market it's going to be fine but for being real, $50k is really by far from reality though I don't say that it's impossible.

some time ago it had dropped prices but now the price back up. probably because a lot of people know that yesterday's time to buy, and now prices start rising again.

some time ago it had dropped prices but now the price back up. probably because a lot of people know that yesterday's time to buy, and now prices start rising again.

The price is above $1000 now, but yeah bitcoin price fluctuations is so common now that I'm not surprised by it. Yesterday when I was about to sleep it was green, but now its red. And we all know that recently a lot of FUD is spreading here in our community, so it is often reflected in bitcoin price as well. $50K may or may not be a reachable price in the future, but if there is more demand for bitcoin in the horizon they maybe you will see that price and hope you are still alive.

I don't see it also reaching 50k ever. Though i surr wish it would, its folly to think its even posible to hit half that amount

The hard fork drama is caused by Core, not by BU.       

BU is just the natural result of Core refusing to increase the blocksize.     

If Core increased the blocksize, there would be no drama at all, but Core caused a huge split in the community, which in turn will eventually result in a chainsplit.       

If it wasn't BU that proposed a hardfork it would be someone else, because Core caused the community to divide, and a divided community can't keep on the same chain, it's impossible.

That is, it was set to increase the block size, as simple as that. Thus you seem to be muddying the waters here. Why do the BU folks not want to accept SegWit, why are they stubbornly pushing their buggy update? I can tell you why. Because increasing block size (be it through SegWit or via BU), this will only be an interim solution. The future is obviously in favor of off-chain transactions, but that would mean miners losing their grip on Bitcoin. Unsurprisingly, they are so hell-bent against SegWit (since it would quickly get updated to Lightning Network) and push BU so hard to get rid of LN

Dream of getting bitcoin that high is possible but I'm doubtful that it may not reach 98k or something that huge. 21 million coins in the world at the rate of 98k dollars sounds too much. Why I'm thinking of all coins altogether because this will bring all economy concentrated at one place and don't the after effects on banks and stuff. Really confusing deal.

Yeah , life is not constant and can done anything with us , In the same way the bitcoin's price is not consistent .
Since I joined the bitcoin in 2013 of beginning and from that time I seen that the price of the bitcoin is changes about four times greater than what was in 2013 , so here I am fully sure that the price of the bitcoin will go to the 50k when our age will be 30-20+ more than what is our age .
But here we should don't forget that with the increase of the time more and more new powerful coin will enter in the internet market and can give competition to the bitcoin .

Well to be honest the price may not even cross 200 in coming 2 years. Its very difficult for price to go above 2000$ unless and until China makes it a legal currency and start accepting it everywhere then only it will rise else it will be under 1500$ or so.

Well to be honest the price may not even cross 200 in coming 2 years. Its very difficult for price to go above 2000$ unless and until China makes it a legal currency and start accepting it everywhere then only it will rise else it will be under 1500$ or so.

I have to agree with this, for a longer period of time Bitcoin price will be circulating around 1500$ max or so and despite our wishes 2000$ or 3000$ will be hard to achieve in next year or two. The price of 50k is still just a dream or in best scenario very, very distant future. So, don't dream, focus on reality.
