Betcoin Update Progress Report

Any time there is an update of this magnitude there will be bugs to fix but we assure you this is for the short and long term good.

We want to thank everyone for their support through the big update and wanted to give you a progress report and timeline on the remaining fixes.

1. VIP Points, Rakeback, Levels - should be all updated within 8-10 hours barring some unforseen circumstance and will be automated moving forward.

2. Table Starter promo should be integrated in right after 1 is complete.

3. Everyone has new btc and ltc addresses, please use your new address. If you deposit to the old address simply visit support or send an email to support@betcoin.ag

4. The ticket system where an email creates a ticket will be complete in 12-24 hours but you should be able to see your tickets and we can respond to them within your system and if you create a ticket.

5. Please add any other current bugs so that we can get to them promptly for you.

Again, we thank you for your support and we assure you that this update has put Betcoin in a position to do some wonderful things in the short and long term for you.

I was playing yesterday and noticed a but in the statistics view.  Specifically the win/loss row said "loss" even when I was actually ahead.  What's more, when I won money, the "loss" increased, when I lost money the "loss" increased.  This did not affect my balance, I just noticed that the win/loss statistic seems broken.

Any updates on this?  The freeroll was supposed to be over two weeks ago.  Why are you not there for your loyal customers?

I've been extremely vocal that I think signature campaigns are evil.  I've done everything I can to bring a stop to them.  I've even made proposals to limit them to extremes.  I also think that gambling is evil and do not support or condone it in any way, nor do I participate.

Because if it's bringing everything down for days, it's clearly a major update.  Yet the poker is untouched, the casino is untouched and the sportsbook is untouched.

And the fact that they will not answer questions about how this occurred tells me that they are complicit in what amounts to theft from their players by allowing this to happen and doing nothing about it.  For anyone reading this play at your own risk.  Betcoin will not back you up if you have a problem with one of the software providers.

I'm sorry this happened to you and I'm sorry it took us hounding them to get them to give you your money back for the freeroll. 

If you've already received all of the money you (think you) are going to from the jackpot situation, why not go public with the details?  It's not like they can take back cryptocurrency and I assure you that no illegal, offshore casino provider is going to go after you with any sort of legal wranglings.  You should expose how poorly you were treated.
