I am new member of bitcointalk. org betcoin. ag as well ( first I was looking for bitcoin casino, sports, poker 14 days ago and I found betcoin.ag most trustworthy but I have to share my expreince with them and warn any other to join their site).

I deposited some money into betcoin.ag and I started playing. I was kind a lucky one and I earned in their casino more than 1BTC, also I bet really big in sports and won more than 1BTC. When luck turned against me I decided to withdraw my money. I was waiting 24 hours and nothing arrived so I contacted support.

Support said :

After 24 hours waiting for with. : WE HAVE TO UPLOAD OUR HOT WALLET BE PATIENT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR WITHDRAWAL SOON

After 72 hours : WE INVESTIGATE YOUR PROFIL DUE MISSING TRANSACTION PLEASE CREATE A TICKET

I created 3 tickets market to exact support manager and he replied 2x with totally nonsense ... just for example :

I dont' understand what you are saying here? Your account is one week old. Why do you say you were playing a really long time ago?

After 96 hours  : "TRANSLATED" YOUR PROFIL IS TOO YOUNG TO ASK FOR WITHDRAWAL

It looks that every new member of betcoin.ag have to wait month to get his money or what?!?!


I FELLOWED ALL THE RULES AND I DIDNT BREAKE EVEN ONE OF THEM, THEY WAS UPLOADING HOT WALLET FOR DAYS AND I HAVE DOUBTS ABOUT THEIR CREDITABILITY AS THEY DO NOT HELPS ANYHOW

Yes, unfortunately support is very bad and frequently ignores/insults customers. 

You should explain clearly what happened.  How much did you try to withdraw, how long has it been, and have you received it yet?  Take screenshots of your conversations with support and upload them to an image sharing site and post the links here.

Send them a support ticket and then contact them via chat box.

It's it's under 1btc, which yours is, it should get pushed threw.

ok it seems to be solved they said every very new profile need to be checked properly to get big winning payout... so I guess all is alright now ;-)

New user, big win, requests immediate payout, complains about immediate payout during review process is one of our top signs for some type of abuse.  We have to wait for the software providers to come back with their analysis which can take days for casino or our poker software providers to review which could also take days.  When this happens for fiat casinos there is no complaint because a withdrawal can take days or weeks anyway.  We always want to get our withdrawals out as fast as possible but unfortunately many people try to take advantage of that everyday.  We will always get you taken care of and we expect with the amount of volume we have for their to be complaints from time to time, that just comes with the business.  There was certainly no abuse here and that was confirmed and your withdrawal was sent.

What do you mean with " instead of 1 with 2 buy-ins to the Main Event"?  The main event is the WSOP.

Betcoin doesn't offer the Beast promo since they only shares some tournaments with WPN partners and no cash games.  (It's also a lot tougher to earn much with Sit-n-crush since no Jackpot SnGs)

Cliffs: Sit n Crush and Beast offer cash and they also each have their own $55 satty on sundays.  It used to be for $1k cage seats for top ~10 or 20, now top 1 or 2 will get to choose either:

$12.5k cash (aka Main Event Package)

or

"WO Punta Cana Poker Classic Packages ($8,200 value) plus $1,600 for airfare ($800 each package) and $2,700 cash to be credited to your poker account."

The Punta Cana is a $1500 tournament +6 nights at an over priced resort.  Everyone will take the cash.
