how come some of my tickets are blank? and why are all the ticket levels in the promo awarded the same now what happened?

Tickets are currently in beta but they will be fully operational shortly and we will certainly keep you posted.

Tickets is great, but I don't like that it's for SNGs. Basically what happens is that people signup and then they realize there aren't enough players and it will be played when they are disconnected. I am sure these satellites have more than 50% sitouts. I also lost my ticket this way. The problem is in the e-mail it says you cannot un-register.

Anyway, IMO it would be better if these tickets are for tourneys (even if it is a daily satellite with min. of 7 players.) Or perhaps it's the best if you can un-register and get your ticket back.



PS, unrelated small thing, Thurs 250 GTD PLO8 says "starting chips 2000" in info. But actually it's a 1500 starting stack.

how is rake compared with seals poker, or pokerstars?

Rake percentage is very low compared to pokerstars or other USD/EUR poker sites, and is equal to Seals with Clubs, but I just read on the site faq that the rake cap is really high (0,01 BTC).
Maybe a recreational player doesn't care about this too much, but a "regular" surely does.

And usually a poker room (especially if it is not part of a larger network with an already established player pool) NEEDS  regulars to start new tables/create action.

EDIT: It seems that HU rake cap is 0,50 CHIPS. This is cool.

You are very welcome.  To play your casino bonus, login to www.BetcoinCasino.com and click the bonus tab on top or bonus widget on the right.  This is the bonus that you can play instantly and was included in your package.  The poker bonus is what you see in the Bonus Money section and that is released at a rate of 15% of the rake generated by the player.  Please let us know that this answers your questions.

how come you havent made any of the tables i suggested? is it not possible to make deep tables? with 100 bb buy in minimum? or adding a few more omaha tables u got more omaha h/l tables than theres is omaha and i think omaha gets played more than omaha h/l
