You should email support(a)betcoinpoker.com to get you taken care of promptly as always.  If we actually knew your username and had received an email from you this would have been taken care of a long time ago.  We are experimenting with new tourneys like the CAGE and satellites as well as many other features.  It won't be perfect from the start or even as we go through it, but you can be assured that we will always take care of our players and work very hard to make it as perfect as can be.  Support is standing by for your email.

I just gave betcoin a shot and am really enjoying the MTT schedule, it's much bigger then comparable bitcoin sites.  I am having a small issue though...withdrawing.  I just won an MTT and am trying to withdraw a portion of my winnings and when I put in my address and hit submit I get a big red "500- InternalServerError" box in the middle of the screen.  The chips are taken out of my available balance and then 10-15 min later returned.  What's going on here?
