On most pokersites I ever played, either based on fiat currency or bitcoin) poker software automatically calculate and displays tournament start time in timezone of players connected. Also your biggest competitor in bitcoin poker market does it  . I guess its not a big improvement considering everyone else already does it (also mavens software has it implemented). I would find it really really really useful and will be very happy to see it on betcoinpoker as well. Already asked for it in the past and been answered it was a good suggestion but still... |

Ive been waiting for 5 days now to get connected to my affiliate so i can start playing poker here. Support keeps giving me the run around and ignoring me. Pretty disappointed, was looking forward to trying out the site.
After is signed up, it didnt show in affiliate summary, i email they say it takes 24 hours email them back after that if still not there. 27 hours later nothing i ask support they say they dont know how long it takes its up to management they cant give a timeframe. 3 days after that i send another email, they immediately within 4 minutes, ask what the name is and i email back within 2 minutes. Its now been another 22 hours, and nothing. No response.
Ur customer service sucks to be blunt and honest. Sorry thats just how i feel.

Yep, client crashes everytime you register, tournaments goes smooth, but you can't register to any other tournament.

Thank you for reporting this. This issue is currently happening on shared WTN / WPN tournaments only, all Betcoin only tournaments are working optimally. It is an issue with the WTN / WPN that is being aggressively worked on and we will certainly provide updates as we get them. We are expecting to have this issue fixed shortly. Also, we will certainly take care of any players for any issue as always.
