I have one question, the amounts of prizes and fees to enter advertised on the tourneys and sit and go for example "$1,000 GTD holdem" it means 1000 usd? or 1000 mBTC?.. i dont catch it since the wallet manages mBTCs but the sit and go has the $ sign.

Excellent question which is explained above, however we want to make sure this is clear. 

The $1,000 (1.5 btc) GTD holdem tourney has a buyin of $5.00 / 7.8 Betcoin chips (0.0078 btc)  + 0.5 / 0.78 Betcoin chips (0.00078 btc)

When you click register a screen shows the dollar buy in fee, the total chips in your account and then the chips needed to cover the buy in fee to enter the tournament.  You are buying into the tournament with btc for the exact dollar amount at the current exchange rate in real time. 

You play the tournament in chips and then your winnings are instantly converted back to btc at the current exchange rate and added to your account.  You are basically buying into a tournament using btc at the exact dollar amount.

I've been checking for months hoping that WPN would allow bitcoin deposits for US players.  That would have been great enough, but what you have done is even better than just bitcoin deposits and withdrawals, because it converts for each individual tournament as you register.

I just tried it out with a double or nothing sit and go and it worked perfectly.  The conversion was at the current market rate and the prize was instantly credited back to my account as bitcoin.

This is also a good thing for bitcoin in general.  It should bring over regular WPN players from other skins because it makes depositing and withdrawing so much easier/faster/cheaper.  Great job.

Wow is all I can say.  Currently playing the Big 10 $500 GTD for a $5+0.5 buyin.  Cost me 8.4 chips / 0.0084 btc to enter and it's looking like I may make the money on my first tourney!  To top it all off, I used winnings from some of my World Cup winnings from the contest.  This has been awesome guys.

I recently was sent a email about the new freeroll system and finally had a chance to play a few today.

Over all I really enjoyed the experience except on 3 occasions the platform froze for a few moments one of which cause the hand to be dropped. Nothing internet nor system taxing was running in the background such as pandora or youtube. What might have caused this?

What tournament are you referring to?  Our system is very tight about crediting players when a tournament does not run.  We will look into this promptly.  For a faster response please email next time.
