I recently was sent a email about the new freeroll system and finally had a chance to play a few today.

Over all I really enjoyed the experience except on 3 occasions the platform froze for a few moments one of which cause the hand to be dropped. Nothing internet nor system taxing was running in the background such as pandora or youtube. What might have caused this?

used to happen to me alot too but i turned off the animation then it was fine, try that.

When using web version I am not able to join WPN tourneys and sngs as well.
Everytime I try an everlasting window pops up saying "Waiting for money"

Thank you we are working on improvements to this everyday and we appreciate your feedback as we get it together.  The WPN websites don't even have a web version yet, but we wanted to bring it to our bitcoin players asap.  Any other feedback is always appreciated.

Hello it is working, however the support staff wasn't receiving the proper notification.  We are going to try a new provider to ensure the fastest response possible.

Guys, thank you for this update!  Had to report my experience thus far.  I deposited 250 chips to try out some tournaments and placed in the BIG $3,000 for a 52 chip buyin which more than doubled my bankroll.  I love all the options that you guys have.  DO NOT  remove the bitcoin only tournaments please.  Less people is an easier win for me and I will probably split time between the bitcoin tourneys and shared tourneys because after all I am playing to win "life changing money".  That is true! 

I could continue on but must get back on the tables.  I saw that image of 15 tables and have no idea how that could be done as I usually run about 4-6 tables.  I also really like the fact that I can play sng's anytime and and really like the hyper turbo heads up or 6 person, but really I am after the big money.  Are you guys going to sponsor players?

When I say better, I mean that seals software is more grinder friendly, especially the crispness of the software.  In terms of options and such, betcoin blows them away.

But that doesn't change the fact that I have turned my business to betcoin instead of seals.  What i mean by crispness is the delay from when you click and the action is actually made.  I dunno, it might just be my pet peeve, but it is very important.

I'm a new player here and I'm kind of frustrated by the malfunctioning promos and the lack of support response. I can't get them on live chat and they didn't respond to my first email (second just sent) so I'm trying here.

I signed up on Friday night, and played four micro HUSnGs from WPN to test it out. I got no status points for the rake paid, and didn't show up on the leaderboard. Emailed support 31 hours ago now, haven't heard back. OK, 40 cents in rake, no big deal. I hope this will be fixed eventually, but WPN tourneys are new, so no surprise it doesn't necessarily work correctly right out of the box.

Last night (before midnight server time) I saw a guy sitting at 2/4 limit holdem, and played 120 hands with him and a third player. I did get points for that session but none of us show up on any of the July 5 leaderboards.
