Another strange thing. GPU's that give me better hashing power in cgminer give me worse qqcoiminer performance and vice versa.

I was a solo miner, but earlier today I started getting all my shares rejected (orphaned blocks?) and I can't find a block on my own. I even updated the wallet. Anybody else experience something like that?
I'm just pool mining now, so it's not a big deal.
