You guys need to take a chill pill. Its only been 3 days since moonmoon dissapeared and all of a sudden, AWAL accusation? Shut down computer, don't check price for 2 months, come back, and then accuse away.

3 days is a pretty long time in this situation, especially if the things aren't moving by themselves. And i'ts not about checking prices and whining about them dropping, it's about staying in the one place, not knowing what to do and losing monumentum. Particle got stuck in a bottle neck, when it had to be accelerating. Main dev being absent wouldn't be a big deal if there would be more people with inside knowledge about what's going on, who could shake things around. Forum got spammed and there are no mods to clean it up. CoinMarket is removing PRT and there is no one to pat our heads and reasure that everything will be fine. Thread needs to be redesigned, but I don't want to waste my time for nothing. Marketing could start without new wallet, but other selling points have to be discussed in a clear organized way and confirmed by the dev. Old wallet needs to be updated with quick fixes for particle.conf and stuck transaction issues. At the moment there's no point of driving people to Particle, since you can't really offer anything, when you are even not sure about what you're offering. Oh, so there's this new awesome currency... Could have awesome wallet... But we're not sure, where the dev is and if he will be back. We're just being here... Still. Waiting. Join us. Yay.

Seriously, waiting in the dark sucks. It's like being locked up at home, at summer, the windows are closed, but you can watch other kids... running around.. playing.. happy.

That being said, I'm still keeping my optimism. Saving chill pills for darker days.

Good night, all. We'll be fine. *pat pat*

The Problem is http://www.guogao.com/ have tons of coins in it

now this site is down, nobody can withdraw to their wallet

just wait it

Dev?

No dev yet. We could maybe place some bets on the dates when moonmoon will be back to make a time pass faster while we wait? Anyone in?

Does anyone see this coin re-gaining any value?

I sold 5000 PRT for 0.5 LTC about 2 weeks ago.
Now 5000 PRT is worth about 0.26 PRT, almost half its value 2 weeks ago.

Trying to decide if I could sell the 40k PRT I have now, or hold on to them and see if they go back up in value at all.

So you would say keep the 40k I have and keep mining?

I get around 180 - 700 a day solo mining.

And lost 3,000 on the damn horse game lol

Well I hope so. I somewhat count on it.

There is a clear factor that speaks for it: the new wallet... in case it comes out in time best before Nxt. Dev invests a lot work in that. So the Dev trusts in his coin.

But there is also a factor that speaks against the coin success. The heavy mining rewards at the beginning compared to what you get now. The relation is so imbalanced that the coin will have a very hard stand to attrackt miners now. And without miners....

It will be interesting to see.

If it doesnt die I expect that the value increases a very great factor. -> if the user starts to like the wallet and starts using the coin.

I put my particles aside and will wait and see. I rather like to risk a complete lose than have to watch my missed chance of a big reward in some weeks or months.

Hi gadado - I agree, I think you have helped to make up my mind. I will wait and risk it.
If I lose all, its only less than 1 month I mined it and I made 0.5 ltc so not a complete lose (hehe) and if it goes up, even better.

Thank you

Guys bear with me, I have been really sick, I was in hospital, and stuck in bed.  Probably won't be back to speed until Monday or Tuesday.  Serious influenza a.

The mining issue can be dealt with.  Really need to get core development of new wallet platform done and then all the other pieces will fall in place around it and we'll do a push.  I have idea but I am sit on it for right now.  Prices on un-china markets are pretty unreliable because the volume is just too low, its just too volatile.

Doing this from bed not workin gto good so...for now, just be patient thank you :-)  You know this quiet time is good opportunity to finish all that graphics work you guys have been talking about Wink
