so you an confirm that
using firm odds or flexible odds for the normal RACE to win, those wagers will never be ACTIVE (always a full refund)  once the sytstem switches to LIVE IN race?

When you use the "Firm Odds" or "Flexible Odds" betting options then as soon as your bet transfer is received, the bet status will be changed to "Pending" and it will then get to "Confirmed" or "Rejected" status within a few seconds. It will not be left "Pending" and can not get into any other status.

Such bets will be processed the same way whether or not the event is in-play, so if by the time we receive your bet transfer the event is in-play, it will be processed in-play, and if we receive your bet transfer before the start of the event then it will be processed right there and then in a similar way.

Do you guys not push tennis live wagers if a player retires?  I think that is pretty standard isn't it?  Or maybe that's just with American books.  I couldn't find anything explicit in your rules so I wanted to confirm, since mine was graded as a loss.

If a player or pairing retires or is disqualified in any match, the player or pairing progressing to the next round (or winning the tournament in the case of a final) will be deemed the winner. However if less than one set has been completed at the time of the retirement or disqualification then all bets relating to that individual match will be void.

If its pretty high, then I would assume that hitting a 5.60 odds horse or higher would probably be a 1/20 or lower chance proposition...was considering trying your "step-up" promotion (what I call it).

Ok I'm sure this has been explained before but the limitation on bet options is the main drawback here.  A "normal" betting site has NBA conference odds for all teams. Right now there are only 3 options  (all big underdogs) to win their respective conference in the NBA.  You really need to fix this if many people are going to consider this a "normal" book.

As with our other bets, you will find the best offering right before the start of the race when odds are reliable.
 
For the bigger races, the theoretical hold should be around 7%, but it can get much higher if odds are not reliable.

This promo is definitely + EV for you as long as you place your bets right before the race starts. A horse at odds of 6.5 will probably win about 1 in 7. But even if it wins 1 in 10 you still make an enormous profit because with the bonus your odds are essentially 18.5.

The reason why some selections are missing is because we do not have odds or are unable to offer decent odds for them, so they are temporarily removed until such time when we are able to offer them again.

We've just released an update to our software that slightly improves this. You will be able to find more bets now although you would still run into missing bets.
