Need help with CG Miner (want to mine with AMD GPU) and I get this screen, "Need to specify at least one pool server. Input server details," even though I inputted all the stratum info in the batch file. I've been fucking around with this thing trying URL with and without http and www. Also tried my user name for pool and miner. And also tried different pools: netcodepool, icehash, and dedicatedpool. No luck. Please help.
Your batch file should look like this: setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 cgminer.exe --scrypt -u WORKERNAME -p WORKERPASSWORD -o stratum+tcp://POOLURL.com:3333 -I 13 [/quote] Oh yeah the 3333 is the port of your pool [/quote] No luck please check PM  [/quote] which version of cgminer are you using ? what is the error are u seeing ? I wrote you a tutorial. I would try a different pool. Check your PMs one more thing, usually pool usernames are like "loginname.worker", so for example, -u username.workername -p workerpassword |

Is there a way for a pool to keep shares from being confirmed? I've got shares that have been unconfirmed for well over an hour and I'm noticing the number of workers and pool hash speed declining fast. I'm wondering if other are abandoning ship because they aren't getting their shares confirmed.
