Annd the link reports web forgery ....reported for phishing etc nice..

Firefox told me that too. i just ingored it and continued. I'm not saying you should do the same if you feel that warning is real.

i rent 2 rigs to test it. great service, but you can not make profits. to expensive but a great idea

The Mac client quits unexpectedly as soon as I focus (click) on the window.... any one else has same issue?

Don't have that problem here on my end, running on 10.9 Mavericks.
What OS X version are you on? What is your Console.app error output?

PM me and I'll help you fix it.

thanks for making me think about the log... I really tought it was a bug in the client... I had a version of Qt4 installed on mountain lion for testing (witch I forgot since I upgraged to mavericks, the app icon is not showing!)

So the client qt version was conflicting with the one i had installed. I uninstalled my dev version and voila!

thanks again  Grin

Maybe he got more rigs than those he is renting..?

so? what is your point?
if he truly believe in his own coin he will mine with all rigs he own.. as well, he will not rent out rigs, he well be on using the service.

I really liked hendo's enthusiasm at the beginning, fighting for his coin.. promoting all over the place.. but since coin ended up on cryptsy he just stopped. or at least slowed down..
the coin goal is not to be listed on cryptsy, the real promotion need to start just after it got listed.

hendo, your coin is your baby. treat it like it, let it grow. promote the shit out of it.

He is helping his friend and i'm also getting my hashpower multiplied by renting those rigs. so what's wrong with that?
I really feel that hendo and maco are working with this at the fullest. before launch they had sometime to hang in the forum and answer questions and what not.
mostly because, i believe, they did their work well BEFORE launch. and now since the launch went well and the coin seems to be succesful so far, they work like
hell OFF the forum to make it even bigger.

As you said that this coin is hendos baby, even the parents need some rest every now and then.  Wink

I truly feel that hendo believes this coin.

so you are not mining 42, instead you are renting your rigs?
find it more profitable?
you don't believe in your own coin?

I'm mining 42 while a few rigs are listed for rent.

I'm helping a friend who set up the site. He needed Guinea pigs.

I have more rigs than are listed on his site btw. lol

Is anyone have luck solo mining?  I'm throwing 10KH/s for 2 days and not one block.   Seems very unlucky or normal?

I don't know if you are joking but with that hashrate and current difficulty:

Summary
Days to generate one block mining solo: 329.09 Day(s) (can vary greatly depending on your luck)
Days to generate one BTC: 11157.32 Day(s) (can vary greatly depending on the current exchange rates)

You can get these numbers here: Coinwarz 42 calculator
