My wallet doesn't synchronize anymore. It's stuck at 5436 blocks remaining. I've updated my smartcoin.conf and tried restarting smartcoin.exe several times.
Did you download the new wallet?

Still waiting on the coins we lost with the online wallet Dev, when will I receive my coins back? Taking a lot of time now. The dev is not responsable for your lost. If you´re using a untested and unknown online wallet of a stranger, it´s your own decision and your own risk. It´s the same thing with pools or exchanges. Edit @ Mathy:

Why?New wallet includes a number of amendments: - Kimoto's Gravity Well - smart algorithm changes the difficulty of digging.
Allows coin to protect against sudden changes hash power (anti multipool). Digging coins will be more predictable in the long term. - significantly lower transaction fees.
Why update is necessary and mandatory? We are after hard fork (at 35000 block). Old wallet dosen't work correctly. How check wallet version? In your wallet search option menu Debug window -> console. Run command getinfo{ "version" : 1010000, "protocolversion" : 60002, "walletversion" : 60000,
If protocolversion = 60002 then you have new wallet version -> update is not required How upgrade?- Backup your wallet.dat - This file is in %appdata%/smartcoin
Where is %appdata% ? WIN: Start -> run -> cmd cd %appdata% [ENTER]
WIN XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data (in non English Windows version "Application Data" can be in your local language)
WIN 7+: C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Roaming\
Linux: ~/.smartcoin
Copy wallet.dat in safe place - Pendrive, CD or different directory (folder) on your hard disk.
Advise against the use of Online wallets (for any coin). Do not use Smartcoin online wallet!
You should make backup wallet.dat often, after several coin transfers. Best is keep a few copies of the wallet.
- Go to first page Smartcoin thread
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=400893.0
Download version according to your OS.
Warning: Linux+QT version is old. For Linux/Unix you need compile from source code Or please wait until Dev not update this version.
- Install new version as just like the first time.
- Run wallet, wait for sync and check balance and your wallet version (as above described)
Tell a Friend about mandatory update? You know someone who might have an old wallet Smartcoin? Please tell her / him to update. More info?https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=400893.0REMEMBER Before update make copy (backup) your wallet.dat Best Regards.

any news when the new site will be online with the new logo ? wich logo ? please answer.
I've never seen so much focus on a logo with any coin, especially when it still needs some wallets fixed, new echanges, a working website, and even a drop of acceptance and investment. The initial logo was fine.
Logo = Image = more Investors / Miner = more Value Most of the seriously taken coins are discussing about marketing, image, logo ... Again, as we have mentioned previously, a new logo has already been chosen. We are rolling out the new website very soon, have been added to 7 exchanges in barely 3 weeks, and have generated a strong amount of buzz as of late. While we certainly appreciate the enthusiasm about a logo, the decision has already been made and no further contributions are being considered. Community efforts will best be spent engaging with SmartCoin on the subreddits, posting jobs on the job board ( http://www.reddit.com/r/SmartCoinJobs), the Facebook, and the Twitter, as well as using the exchanges and features we have rolled out thus far. Our director of marketing is putting forth much work with giveaways, community building, and outreach, and the dev team is spending its time continuing to build great SmartCoin integration. This being said, there is no need to continue creating logo mockups, as we have already moved on from that stage toward more important developmental pieces. Thank you, SmartCoin If there is already a new logo, where can we see it? If you don´t want to have anymore help, I'm going to stop my activities completely from now. By the way, should I delete the german smartcoin thread? Didn´t get any feedback. The new logo will be debuted with the new site. We greatly appreciate your help! Just wanted to make clear that you don't need to worry about logo stuff anymore, as it's already taken care of, and we have moved on to bigger developmental pieces that will strengthen the long-term viability of SmartCoin. A logo is important, yes, but it is only one piece of the overall puzzle. Thanks for the German thread as well, must've missed that in the thread. We'll look it over, but I'm sure it's great! SmartCoin

I've been watching this market for the last few days. An absolute shed load of buy orders were pulled earlier today from coinmarket, trying to destabilize the market.

So far we've contacted them via. PM and we'll see what happens from thereon. Also, WHOIS data can easily be falsified. From what I've been googling, the address specified does not exist. Don't go immediately looking at that guy. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=444530.msg4906961#msg4906961Recently I asked the same question again and he said that "we" would get "some" of our coins back but not all. I think this is a fair solution. I just want to know when this is going to come to a conclusion because it is taking forever now.
