Hold out a little before hitting the exchanges. In the mean time, be sure they can be listed on the exchanges within at least 2 weeks from now.
To keep this from getting destroyed by pump and dump (a phenomenon which is unavoidable, but a survivable process) which will severely damage buyer confidence, lay out concrete plans and let us see their progress TRANSPARENTLY.
Dev involvement and continuous efforts will reassure the market that Noble is here to stay, no matter the dumpers.
Buyer confidence - this is the key to market survival and must be ensured by the devs and the community.
Consider coinex and coined up as the first stop, with cryptsy as the kingmaker.

The problem seems that the other pools are not retaining the workers they end up leaving my pool when I do a increase in fee to correct the 51% issue. I will do the increase of fee yet again, but other pools need to retain their workers.
I can only speak for our pool but this does look plausible. When Valid-Error fee's rose, our hashrate rose quite a bit too. We instigated 0% fee's in an attempt to keep some of the hashing, but as soon as Valid Error's fee's dropped so did our workers. We're going to keep the 0% fee and the block finder bonus over the weekend, and review again afterwards. Thankfully, because of donations, and the amount of good luck we've had the last couple days - running at a loss can run for a good while, hopefully until we can balance the pools naturally.

Don't go on exchanges yet. As soon as it does the hashrate will explode and the difficulty will sky rocket. After dumping it will be difficult to attract the miners again, let alone getting exchanges to put it up again after removing it.
Also for the people selling this coin: Set realistic prices. Nobody is going to pay 0.03 BTC for 5k NOBLE at the moment. That is more than double the amount of BTC you get from 1.5 Mhash for a day at middlecoin for 2 hours worth of mining NOBLE.
IMO at the moment don't expect more than 0.01 BTC per 100k NOBLE. This is comparable to what you would earn mining on a multipool.
I don't want to talk down the value of the coin, but nobody not mining NOBLE will buy for these prices...

0.01 for 100k is way to low...this isn't like doge, block reward is only 5k, much harder to mine, this is more akin to EAC, so 50-100 satoshi for every 10k is the minimum price

At the moment you earn 100k NOBLE for 1 day mining at 1.5 Mhash.
At this moment it is not worth more, since it has no use yet. Once stuff gets implemented, difficulty rises and it is being actively traded, prices will go up.

there is a chance that this is not gonna happen, some coin die quickly(not saying this is the case), that's why diff is not the important thing to determinate the value

http://noble.cryptominer.net is currently with 0% Fee It has been working fine from what I can see. Give it a try and comment if it's a nice pool or if it needs any improvement.

Things are looking good so far, but I think NobleCoin needs a little PR. You should do a giveaway in the main alt forum asking people to like the facebook page, tweet about NobleCoin, and vote for NobleCoin at cryptsy and coinedup. I think with so many coins coming out recently NobleCoin flew under the radar a little bit, and it's a shame because unlike many of these dumb meme coins NobleCoin actually could have a long term future.

Not logical. Don't get me wrong, I rather have my NOBLEcoins be worth 1 BTC instead of 0.01 BTC, but overpricing it is asking for pump and dump to come.

A good test of a coin is whether it survives the pump and dump phase of the early exchange history.
I think noble has that potential aplenty.

Great coin here, but I also agree we need a little more PR. A giveaway would be a good start.

I think some of the easiest PR is to get an active marketplace going, not only will this draw in new miners and holders, but it is also the first step REQUIRED to get onto an exchange. Once we are on an exchange, this coin will explode!
