3 days ago i just found new potential coin called PCN, the price when started tradeable just 1 sathosi, and now the price keep growing to 11 sathosi, many trader predict this coin could be become the next Verge, as we know the price of Verge since fisrt tardeable just 1 sathosi and the price now about 660 sathosi. I believe PCN will be the next privacy coin, so put that your money in to it is great idea in my opinion.

If your capitalization is only $ 500 then you should split it into other altcoin investments, not just invest in an altcoin.

Agreed with below comment by Loraine. I have similar suggestion. You can split 30% for ICOs 35% for Altcoins and 35% for BTC. Thats makes you feel better. Investing in BTC worth because of limited supply.

Maybe you can start from bitcoin and some top altcoin. And after that you can do further research to adjust your portfolio in the future.

Maybe just pick 2 or 3 altcoins to invest to as $500 will be very thin if spread out to 5 altcoins. Also, focus on long term trading rather than day trading because you'll need bigger amount to do day trading.

Maybe dividing in some Altcoin will be safer than buying one Altcoin, many Altcoin which currently have a low price, so maybe you can choose some based on price range.

My advice is to share one or two global Altcoins, one or two young and potential Altcoins, and one or two Ico's. $ 500 is not a small amount, but it's not a huge amount anyway, so if you want a big profit, you should take a higher risk.

If I am in your situation, I will have to divide it into half and invest on Neo and Lisk coin since these are promising altcoins in the market. Try to review my suggestion and check it out at coinmarketcap where you can check the price history chart of each coin if it is favorable to your end. Better to hold your coins in a longer period as this will be the best idea in every altcoin investment to gain good profit in the end.

I think you have enough knowledge about your current ranking investment. even more so if for altcoin that has popularity. it's best to invest in a cheaper altcoin below $ 1. and I think there are many options that can be profitable in the next few months. the problem is looking for a potentially good altcoin

I suggest to you to use $250-$300 for buy tron or ada or xvg and then hold it for a long-term. I think this three coins will increase in the long run and while the price still cheap, you can buy much amount of that coin. and you can use the rest of $500 which is $250-$200 to trade another coin. you can use daily trading or weekly trading and don't force to make a profit in daily if you think the situations are not good for you to trade.

I agree.  Neo is a very promising coin with great potential.  And it is worth investing in this coin.

$500 is a good starting point, from another side, not the money you are very much afraid to lose.
I can only recommend to put $200-250 into ETH, and divide leftover into different coins like NEO or IOTA whatever
