diff is since 2 weeks between 140 and 150 I think. For a short time it was at 110.
But the current 149 is normal

sometimes it's more than worth it to get on a pool with 1% or 2% fee if their hardware is better, uptime better, latency better, anti-DDoS protection better....etc.

You will lose more than that from trying to run your own due to stales/ rejects / downtime etc. IMHO.

Why use p2pool?
