Thats exactly what I asked myself too. Can anyone plz explain the concept of buy and sell walls and how these can manipulate the market. Or at least provide a link. THX Price will go up A LOT. Buy wall means that many people will buy the coin at a specific price (orders are placed already), which will result in a higher coin price due to increased demand. Explained enough? Of course the buy wall may be set up and cancelled just to get the margin (people may incline to set another buy wall for slightly higher price to increase the price themselves), but this is not very easy to do, specifically on such a large market like VTC. |

Explained enough? I can't tell if this is just bull FUD, but, no, that explanation makes no sense. If the price rises, then the huge bid has no effect (other than maybe psychological) because the trades don't happen. Unless you're trading huge volumes, you can ignore the order book. Instead, trade based on what the price is now and where you think it's headed. |
