The only place I see where you can import a paper wallet is on the gaming wallet and the gaming wallet is disabled temporarily. So If I want to use/ send my digibytes from a paper wallet how do I do so? Are my digibytes now un useable because I used a paper wallet? What is this digibyte?

I have digibytes stored in a paper wallet and was wondering how I import it to a non paper wallet when I want to.. Thanks

Anyone?

From debug window console on the core wallet
importprivkey "digibyteprivkey" ( "label" ) ( rescan )

or just
importprivkey "digibyteprivkey"

that should do the trick.

From debug command console.  importprivkey. Adds a private key (as returned by dumpprivkey) to your wallet. This may take a while, as a rescan is done, looking for existing transactions. Optional [rescan] parameter added in 0.8.0. Note: There's no need to import public key, as in ECDSA (unlike RSA) this can be computed from private key.

importprivkey<DGBprivkey> [label] [rescan=true]

AlexeyUser, switch to another Pool as Digihash.co seems to hang on sha256d Algo with 314 Blocks pending.
I´m shure you will get your coins once the Devs figured out how to kick the server.  Wink

I am having an issue with my digibyte desktop wallet I downloaded from your site.

It is 23weeks behind out of sync.

I am keeping it open to make it update the blocks so that it become "in Sync".

However, it says "No block source available" and is not updating at all.

Any idea what to do ?

Has anybody downloaded the windows Digibyte Core Wallet and had success transferring coin from exchange? I down loaded sent and nothing?  Huh

Why does the wallet take so long to sync? Not good business. Has been trying to sync for hours. Downloaded Stratis wallet in a matter of minutes and loaded up. Anyone else having luck with DigiByte Core Wallet? Help

For those brand new to blockchain this is how a blockchain works. It used to take Bitcoin weeks and still, it takes days for BTC core wallet to initially sync on a fresh install. On a newer PC and average connection, we have timed a full fresh sync for DigiByte on average of about 3 hours.

We are working to speed this up as much as possible but understand the more shortcuts we take, the less secure things become. And we don't take shortcuts when it comes to blockchain security.

Once your wallet is synced it can be reopened and connected very quickly. If you keep the wallet running it is faster than any other banking service or system out there.
Hi,i have backed up my wallet, but how do i open the backed up wallet on my usb drive? I have tried and still dont know how to go open the file on the usb.

Not just $DGB, all coins are having difficulty to rise as the Bitcoin price is so bullish. Lets wait for the bitcoin to dump, and while coins are accelerating. Afterwards, huge pump is going to happened.

Shorts are going to 490 sat, now DGB will bounce back and full throttle to 1k.....

Can anyone tell me why when bitcoin goes up dgb falls little low and why cant it go up with bitcoin like eth

Earlier in the week it was. Btc probably got too high for it to be sustainable long term though.
