Just out of curiosity, should one use a dedicated rig for a p2pool? Or would setting it up on one of your mining rigs suffice? A multicore rig with ssd of course.

It's easier using Ubuntu Desktop/Server to be honest. You should give it a SHOT! They're all copy paste commands in the terminal to get it up and running  |

Cool thanks for the guide man, I may give that a try. I've got xubuntu going on mine so looks like I'm half way there. Nice! Be Careful though there's a MINIMUM hashrate requirement for p2pools I think its around 100kh/s or less looking at the difficulty! HUMBLE REQUEST: If someone can make a P2POOL MIN. True, that was known to me. But I think a new, professionally written guide with all the latest sources is needed.. a new guide dedicated to building a p2pool for DigiByte You could write one up.. and the bounty is rightfully yours P.S. Rav3npl's p2pool on github has the networks.py values for DigiByte |
