Ok, I have been following this thread closely, I am fairly new to alt coins and have managed to collect a few and was looking for an exchange to trade them on and crycurex started listing on a few other threads about his exchange.
Originally I was going to use his exchange but encountered the wallet issue, which to be totally honest had me worried, even though the site was in beta I personally thought the roll out should of been handled better.

After reading this thread there are a couple of conclusions and assumptions I have come to,
Firstly people learn to do simple maths and reading comprehension, I realize the wording on the site can be ambiguous but there are plenty of posts in this thread that make it clear that the fee comes out of the coin you are selling, Crycurex a few lines of code would fix this on the trade screen, max trade possible = balance - 0.19% fee, just a suggestion  but it seems to be one of the largest complaints.
The rest of my comments are for you Crycurex,

I believe you have a number of issues going on here, from reading your posts I assume English is not your first language, and even if it was I know personally how just cultural differences, inflections and local slang can totally change the comprehension from what was meant, perhaps you should consider having someone else handle all of your forum posts who can relay your feelings in a better light?
I also have to say that your customer service skills are seriously lacking, Having spent many years in a customer service environment I would of fired any of my staff members for speaking to a client in the ways i have seen you do, again I would strongly recommend you place someone else as the forum contact for your company, you just strike me as not being people person, sorry just my view based upon your own posts.

And now to the issue of the people who are missing coins/accusing you of theft etc, From what I can see, and I believe you are an honest man, there is a problem with your website SOMEWHERE. Now I assume you have a programmer, or your maybe your doing it yourself, who is telling you that no it's not possible, well unfortunately not everybody is as good as they claim, when the big boys, twitter, Facebook, Microsoft etc etc who can afford and do employ the cream of the crop and the likes of Panda and Symantec, who's business is to STOP hackers can fall victim, never assume you are bulletproof. There are many people on this forum who make their living fixing these kind of problems, maybe use their experience and independence to end this discussion.
I for one am currently holding off using your exchange until I know your site is secure, your denials and claims do nothing to counteract the negative that is generated from knowing there is a possibility that my coins will not be safe while in your care. reading from an experienced, well respected and knowledgeable person who has had access to your system that yes or no this could/could not of happened would earn you at least my custom, and I'm sure, the patronage of many others.
If you need assistance with your customer service aspect please feel free to reach out to me, I have over 15 years experience in the customer service industry including management, and I am sure if you speak to others on the board and in the community you will be able to find someone who can help you put an end to the accusations of theft/ security issues.

Crycurex continues to deny the obvious fact that he has HAD security problems and many of his users have lost their coins. I will not cease to tell people of what happened to me when I tried to use his service and how he continues to ignore the problem by denying there ever was one.

I asked crycurex to show me anything that can reveal what happened. I was happy to have anything like an IP address or anything that can detail exactly how my account got deleted and who was responsible. He has not been able to provide such data. This was his reply:

He has claimed nothing is wrong, but how can he possibly know this to be true if he doesn't have a log of it happening? Do not use his exchange, if things go wrong he will NOT HELP YOU.

Legitimate customer complaints about your site are not off topic. I will create a new forum post warning people of what you are doing and making sure that people who go to your new thread are made aware of the threats of your site.

It is definitely not my fault and I have already given you the reasoning:

1. At least 3 different people in different parts of the world had this happen at once.
2. No other account I own has been compromised
3. You have no logs to show evidence of what actually happened

Your claims of 100% secured are unfounded and a threat to the crypto community as a whole. Nobody who sees both our claims will believe you when you show no evidence of security and I have provided ample arguments why it is not secured.

seeing as your still in beta, I would suggest you are still an announcement, your site is not fully functional.
I would also like to know what is your response to the accusations that
a) these people missing funds didn't close their account? you actually went so far as to accuse them of trying to hack you, do you have any proof of this?
b) I have read here as well as in other locations that once you go fully automatic the site is going to be wide open, is this true? do you have any proof that it isn't?
Also what security does your site employ? I notice that it's not a secure site (http:// as opposed to https://) how do I know I can trust this site?

Right, cause I want to spend days of effort to cheat you out of 0.35BTC, that I am claiming you owe me. I am not that broke, that's like 3-4 days of mining. Your website is a threat to the community and I don't want other people to risk their money on it.

The fact that you continue to offer accusations and denials without any evidence and the fact that you attempt to censor your own thread when it is inconvenient for you should tell people plenty about your character and what they will be dealing with if they use your site.

- hm maybe you are right I am still in beta but site works well, sometimes there are delays with deposit/withdrawal, but I think every exchange, even bitstamp may delay some deposit/withdrawal from time to time, even when I will be fully automated, my system may hold some withdrawals if there will be some discrepancies in number

Main reason why some withdrawals are delay is, that I manually chceck some of them, if there is something strange I will also check all trades of that user, but I did not found anything that shows my system has bugs or holes, therefore I will go full-auto soon

- Words about low security are lies from paid haters, there are not security holes, my site is 100 % secured

As he continues to lack any evidence that his site is secured and that I have any motive to attempt to scam him, please continue to take anything he says with a grain of salt.

The fact the remains that EVEN IF he secures his site with https in the NEXT MINUTE. He has had it open for that long and he is refuses to admit that any security flaws could have happened while he was just launching.

Not only that, he didn't even keep logs of what happened during this time and he is claiming that the site was 100% secure then?

Lets say that from this point forward he magically made his site completely impenetratable, it doesn't change the fact that it was a huge security risk then and that he is ignoring any users that brought up to him that there was a problem.

Would you like to deal with an admin of this caliber? No matter how much security he claims to offer, would you deal with his site knowing that if things DO go wrong, he will offer NO SUPPORT!
