seeing as your still in beta, I would suggest you are still an announcement, your site is not fully functional.

- hm maybe you are right I am still in beta but site works well, sometimes there are delays with deposit/withdrawal

I would also like to know what is your response to the accusations that
a) these people missing funds didn't close their account? you actually went so far as to accuse them of trying to hack you, do you have any proof of this?

User: atheistftwins wanted to cheat me and make 2 withdrawals instead of 1. He failed and now he wants to damage my reputation, he probably works with user "wrecked"

b) I have read here as well as in other locations that once you go fully automatic the site is going to be wide open, is this true? do you have any proof that it isn't?

- Words about low security are lies from paid haters, there are not security holes, my site is 100 % secured

Also what security does your site employ? I notice that it's not a secure site (http:// as opposed to https://) how do I know I can trust this site?

- https will be added in next hours

If you have any other questions feel free to ask

What proof do you have to back up the comments I have underlined.
I'm trying to understand if I should trust your site

The fact the remains that EVEN IF he secures his site with https in the NEXT MINUTE. He has had it open for that long and he is refuses to admit that any security flaws could have happened while he was just launching.

Ok I will admit it as soon as you give me some proof i have holes there.

Until now, your every post is that I have holes in site and my site is unsecured ... SO SHOW ME SOME !

The only ones who can show you the holes are the ones who hacked your site and DELETED my account. All I can provide (since I don't know how to hack), is evidence that my account was deleted with FUNDS still inside. That is all me, wrecked, or anyone who had their account deleted in this way can show you.

The ones who actually CAN hack your site are waiting for you to go automatic so they can steal more funds. They will never tell you what the holes are. All I want to do is warn people that this has happened to me, and that other people should STAY away.

I am not 100 % sure they work together but they both claimed "someone else" deleted their accounts, they both claimed it in same time. They both are very often online at bitcointalk and post negative posts about my exchange. ..

but most important is that their IP are almost same Wink

My site is 100 % secured because I trust my team, my developer. For security reasons I still do random check of some accounts and their trading activity. My logs shows that there was 0 unauthorized accesses to my system

I do not force you trust my site but I would be happy if you do Wink

You know, in most real world situations, having multiple users all come to you at once saying that their accounts were completely deleted and their funds gone would be a good sign that something is wrong.

Having people in your IRC discuss openly how insecure your site is and how they are just waiting to hack it when you go automatic is a sign that something is wrong.

Having a user (Troppus) show proof that he can influence the orders accounts make on your site and you admitting that he has done this would be a sign that something is wrong.

But, no, in your deluded view of the world, you and your site (which did not have https for a week) are perfect, everyone else is scamming you or trying to ruin your reputation.

I'm sure outside observers will make their own judgements. I'm just listing out the facts I know and presenting them to people to see.

Are you seriously claiming that my IP is the same as wrecked's? Now you are blatently lying. Please go ahead, post those IPs and lets do a search of where I am located.

You already admitted that you don't even have logs of how the accounts were deleted, you don't even know what our IPs are let alone claim that they are similar.

If you really think you have my IP, please post it. I bet you can't even get the state I'm located in right.

sorry crycurex, I wont be trusting your site, and for what it is worth I will tell you why.
Not once have I seen you acknowledge that this could even of happened, even when the topic first came up, as I said in my earlier post do not believe you are bulletproof, nobody is.

If you believe you are impenetrable, especially while using a http address then you are not trying to improve your security, as for your logs  I know from a longtime back that the easiest way to hide your activities was to delete and or alter logs, not sure if that is still possible or not but something to look into.

If you ever have your site independently verified as secure I may consider using you until then I wish you the best of luck.

And on a final note none of the negative comments on this thread are the reason I won't do business with you, they just raised the flags, it is your responses and attitude that has convinced me I cannot trust your site.

Unfortunately, someone paid those haters well well because they post several negative posts about my exchange per hour, so its their "full-time" job, unfortunately I have to survive that.

You do need to trust now, If you start trust me in future, I will be happy if you become my customer

You can definitely believe that nobody is paying me enough to do something as stupid as ruin the reputation of your no-name site. This is a legitimate issue that your refusal to acknowledge has caused to blow up into what it is now.

I am here just to explain what happened to me and other people. You are the one who are making people turn away by your untrustworthy responses.

Crycurex, it would be in your best interest to give this guy his money back.  It's going to be hard for others to trust you with this issue not being cleared up.

Since crycurexcom is trying to run away from people criticising him...

If you have had a problem with the site that is unresolved, please post it here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=436857.new#new

If enough people can show that this site has scammed in one way or another, maybe we can get the mods to close down these threads promoting such a scammy site.

It is very bad for the crypto community to have these kinds of sites around.

You do need to trust now, If you start trust me in future, I will be happy if you become my customer

As i said, they just raised the flags, your comments and reactions have been what has made my decision.
I am a customer service professional and know when someone is actually trying to work with his clients, you cannot, and will not, have a 100% happy customer base, anyone who claims they do are liars. But how the unhappy clients are handled speaks volumes about a company.
crycurex.com has brought some of these issues upon itself as a result of your actions and comments.
Remember how people view crycurex.com is how they view you and vice versa.
I strongly urge you to read my first post and implement some of my advice you may then be able to at least put a stop to the rot I am witnessing.
Simply creating a new thread will not make this problem go away, all that will happen is other threads will be made criticizing you and they will do even more damage to your reputation than anything that is said in here, when people see that you welcome criticism and open dialogue it helps negate any damage you have done.
When you opened your new thread I saw it for what it was but decided to give you another chance to prove me wrong, I've been in my industry for far too long to not spot these signs.
Again good luck in your endeavors

Their job is to damage repupation and force me spend lot of hours replying to their posts and explaining things that never happen.

I don't believe that you do.  He probably doesn't either, but it was lost while in your care.    If you take the loss now, you can build your reputation more quickly and earn profits faster.

Honestly, I don't even care about the money. It is the principle of the matter. If 0.35BTC was stolen from me, yeah okay it's one of the risks of crypto trading. Everyone here has probably had people try to scam them for way more.

The fact that he is running it as an exchange is what has me worried. There's a limit to how much damage 1 scammer can do, but something like this is extremely dangerous.

How people view crycurex.com is how people see you and vice versa.

You could implement bank level security tomorrow and I still wouldn't trust your site.
