i think we will be ok this diff-up, plenty of new rigs in transit from manufacturers in the meantime tho...

It's hard to get referrals when the people actually have to invest their own money. Much easier with earn sites that just require registrations.

The lower the difficulty increase is, the most likely is that we are going to find out whether PBMining is really mining or not. If they are mining, everyone is happy. If they are not mining, low difficulty jumps make it more likely that hashing power will be profitable and this would destroy a business model based on taking BTC and giving just a portion of it back, assuming that mining is not profitable.
