Occasionally pop my head in here to show PB support. As one of their first customers bought 120gh/s back in January when that was a lot and now I'm sitting on 171% ROI.
When did you buy the contract and for what price? From what I've gathered, early birds are sitting on a 10%-20% profit at most.

Looks like you sent the wrong amount. What they charged was 286 x .0016 plus the 6171 satoshi that they add to all orders. So, 0.45766171. The difference is very microscopic. I´m sure they´ll sort it out soon.

Seems like you sent the correct amoun brutto but then transaction fees were deducted and PBmining got only 0.45795541 BTC which does not match the amount they should have gotten.

Actually, I think the final 4 digits of your spend = your customer number. (Is 6171 your customer number) So, if you don't send them the right amount, they don't know what account to credit.

Whatever. I always make 100% sure that they get the exact requested amount and never had the slightest problem with that.

I have been trying to contact PBM all weekend about 18.75 BTC I have been trying to get back for a payment not intended for them (tip: never ever send BTC while half asleep early in the morning with multiple service provider shopping carts open on a single screen). The few options they do list for contacting them on their site appear to get me no responses. I the one person I was able to receive a response from was their PR guy here, but he has no access to the backend of their system and suggests I just keep trying the admin email. Although I appreciate the reply, it still leaves me very concerned a 24/7 cloud mining company would not reply regarding a somewhat significant amount of $$$ sitting in their wallet that is not tied to any order and would take 5 minutes to return to me - its rightful owner.
Scott-
Proof they have it in their static payment wallet: Transaction ID: a1119d2f0152ef7ae292225d42b35233a8c42c4f112292b418f51bba6e7b3612
******** UPDATE *********
Just received my coinage back with thanks. :-)
I appreciate their professionalism in handling the situation even if it wasn't an instantaneous process. I will chalk it up to being the weekend.

No, I need to pay 0.45766171 BTC. Below you can see what I have to pay.
Order Number Total Price Quantity Order Date Status Options 3887421301116 0.45763783 286 21-10-2014 New Cancel Finalize
But PB has received the correct amount of BTC. The fee was deducted from my wallet on top of it with.
I've also written to him already 2 e-mail without which he responded here already once per PN which he has read today. It seems that he wants me to cheat my BTC.

Apparently the moderators didn't like my post that even ASICMINER's new cloudmining service is significantly more expensive than PBMining. I won't repost it, but I will point out that if even a company that has the cheapest hardware on the market and is having to start a cloud mining service because they're sitting on a massive surplus hardware, they will have unbeatable economies of scale. If they can only offer 1GH/s for BTC0.003 with 6 months of hashing, an unregistered bond backed only by an eBay account with unbelievable rates that's actively obfuscating the source of its funding should be raising every red flag ever created.
