So you're one of those silly people who simultaneously claims to be ignoring trolls while also responding to them?

Pro tip: if you're posting about X, you are not ignoring X.

The "trolls" have been right and the "cheerleaders" wrong on many previous altcoin threads.

This Darsh(coin) fiasco has all markings of another trainwreck.

It's based around One Dude.  That One Dude has some kind of master control override key/protocol, which centralizes power and kills democracy.

It's dependent on a thousand or so trusted third parties.

It gloms on to whatever thing is popular at the moment ('dark' stuff, Proof of work, CoinJoin, retail VisaCoin scaling) for its all-important marketing purposes.

This Frankenstein coin's constantly shifting parade of cool monthly flavors was united under a brand made popular by notorious dark markets like Silk Road.

Now to escape future association with the very notoriety which made it a success, Dark is trying to establish itself with a squeaky clean soap-like DASH brand.

But that will require paying lawyers lots of money.  Good thing the dev fund is sitting on so many instamined coins!

It's becoming all too obvious to me I've backed the wrong crypto architecture and "team". So instead of facing up to that and doing something about it I'm just going to throw sticks and stones all day long......oh what a wretched individual I am (but I just can't stop myself....can anyone help me?)

Did you know there are coins that are dependent on a few not so trustworthy third parties (a few criminals with botnets) who could write their own blockchain and do whatever they want with your coins? Bitcoin is in a little better shape, as the few pool owners could likely be tracked so they have something to fear, whereas the botnet owners are already criminals and have nothing to lose by pulling such a stunt just for lulz after they get tired of mining and dumping the coin.

I have 'em all ignored, though I have sunk to respond to some before ignoring, LOL.  It does make one feel better.  At this point, the way I see it, is if a newb is frightened away, that's probably a good thing, because it would mean they hadn't done their research yet.  If they don't go, do their research, and come back, well then, they were going to make bad mistakes one way or another anyway.

At this point in time, DASH is growing, changing, and maturing.  When it becomes so useful, it can't be ignored, that will be the big day.  I'm so looking forward to it too!

I am no tech/programming/cryptography guy who can easily check allegations myself, so I am kind of the target audience for criticism about DKR/Dash and I`ve never put anyone on "ignore" so far, just to be sure not to miss any serious question/problem/accusation.
But I don`t get who those folks are trying to convince/convert. It is so blatantly obvious "FUD". I am following DRK since almost a year now (as an investor trying hard not to fall in love with my investment...) and so far every criticism has been refuted, adressed, explained etc.. Thx for that, to all the nice articulated members in here.

I just ask about his exit strategy. It's a valid question. He may sell, he may not. Everybody has it's own opinions. He has his price.

But a different question: You guys think, he is going to buy more crypto-currency projects to merge them with Darkcoin?
Maybe an acqui-hiring-type deals to get more developers?
