-snip-

well here it is. i squeezed it out from you guys..thank you.

You couldn't squeeze an orange. Let's have a simple case study on contract law. Offer and acceptance between a willing seller and willing buyer, with a little consideration to make things legally tight.

Bob: Hey, Alice I wanna buy your buns. (offer)

Alice: Sure, 1 BTC. (consideration)

Bob: Are you sure? (terms)

Alice: Yes. Let's sign a contract. (acceptance and signed terms, aka contract)

Bob: OK, Alice. Deal. Here is your 1 BTC. Let me play with your buns. (consideration passed)

Alice: Thanks, Bob. (done, deal. watertight).

Alice & Bob. Happy  Grin

Hey, where's Fernando when you need him?

your a comics guy, me too here i'll show you my comics too before i sleep Wink ....i'm no short story type, sorry renegademan  Tongue
You are going to need to come up with something more unique than Dash, since Dashcoin already exists and other people will confuse it for this or simply call it dashcoin anyway!
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=678232.0

There are thousands of failed altcoin projects by now, the names are starting to be like old domain names. The development team acquired the rights to the name from a small abandoned crypto project "Dashcoin" although it was never intended to use the suffix "coin".

Thus we are now DASH, but thanks for watching our backs, it is all taken care of though.

day 1

person a: what is DASH?

dark guy: digital cash..etc. etc.

person a: what is digital cash?

dark guy: well.....it is a cryptocurrency like bitcoin and litecoin

person a: so it is a coin?

dark guy:...yyyyyyes..

day 2

person a: hey person b i heard there is a coin out there named DASH, it claims to be anonymous etc.

person b: so how much is this DASH coin? a piece?..

person a: 3 bucks..... (person b buys)

day 3

person b: hey person c i bought some DASHcoin it is 3 bucks a piece, bought 10..that's 30 bucks   Cheesy

person c: WHAT! fucking rip off...i bought 10 million dashcoins for 1$ at poloniex.com

LOL

btw i removed the logo it seems that people are only looking at it  Cheesy

hmm so you are afraid that someone invests on dashcoin because he thinks its dash? - isn't that just positiv for your dashcoin? Why the fear than?

the comics is about stealing a name and trying to kill a coin for its name....you guys always point to market cap, investment, price etc., your business practices makes me loose faith in cryptos overall.

alright, that's enough..going to bed now.

Huh you talked about price, not me.
who is trying to kill a coin?
how could we steal the name "dashcoin" if we name it "dash" ?

you try to make a point against drk/dash, that an potential drk/dash investor will invest in dashcoin because he didn't know better, so whats that point about? about people that invest money without reading / research - wow we have to protect these idiots, so they don't lose money, because they can not read more than 4 characters in a row ....

If you would have posted an example of an dashcoin investor which invested out of mistake in dash instead of dashcoin. Then you would have made a proper example of why it could be bad for dashcoin, and why you fear the rebranding of drk to dash, but you posted exactly the opposit oO

I was gonna try, but I swear my face hurst from so much laughter with that link !!!  Grin Grin Grin
I'll have to recompose for a while...

Can we at least agree it's funny because of the guy himself, not because of the (fake) subtitles?   Smiley

Any topic would've worked with that performance Tongue

I've seen that video used in multiple scenarios. The altcoin one is the best so far.

I'd like to know what he's really saying and what it is that's so funny. Absolutely infectious laughter!

Someone said he tells an actually pretty lame story about him finding a pan on a beach. That's about all I can remember.

I think you find that version to be the funniest simply because you can relate to it the most.

Speaking of reddit: What do you guys think about "/r/dashcash"? A smart mod of /r/drkcoin reserved it for the community and personally I really like it.

True. It's like when Camosoul had his massive dummy spit about how the MN guides weren't any good many months back and someone took the classic Hitler segment and made a version with Camosoul ranting about masternode start commands and stuff. That was soooo funny because it was so relevant. Someone made one about the paycoin saga with Hitler complaining and screaming to his men to dump his hashlets and them telling him they're not worth anything. That was very funny too. Of course if you spoke German it wouldn't be at all funny.

Understanding german is terrible for these videos. I had to force myself and it took me quite a while to disconnect audio meaning from visual meaning. Simply turning it mute destroys the atmosphere. Grin

I can imagine

This is the Camosoul one:

https://youtu.be/EadVJzppOC4

Still very funny even now when camosoul's not around here on this thread. To anyone that doesn't know who Camosoul is and wasn't around mid last year, it's almost impossible to explain except to say that most of "Hitler's" words in this video are direct quotes from Camosoul's last rant!

"Yes but it's still within the solar system and that's its biggest weakness. All it takes is one decent Klingon attack and it's toast. Until there are nodes on Alpha Centauri too, all it will take is one mining base on the moon to go awol and we've lost control of the whole thing...."
