Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

For the 200th time in 2 weeks, I am *NOT* happy with DRK's emission curve because it disagrees with my wacky ideas about how coins should have linear emissions that tend upwards to infinity and be EQUALLY shared out for free to all life forms in the universe including the plants and my teddy bear Mr Squiggles (who couldn't make it to the public launch because he's an inanimate object which is obviously another conspiracy by Evan and ANOTHER reason why DRK is a clear scam, just trust me on this!!!).

er, no.

Adam was already ID'd anyway.  Apparently he is working closely with a 'Mr Squiggles' but I can't find any info on him yet.

true. BCT is kind of becoming irrelevant especially as a DRK DASH investor. It is a Bitcoin forum after all  Tongue

I have to say, this is starting to sound like a good idea.  Maybe it is time to cut the umbilical chord from Bitcoin.  I say this because for the longest time, this thread has become a troll fest.  Does anyone who really wants to learn anything about DRK/DASH really come here anymore?

In fact, is Bitcointalk even relevant anymore?

What do they offer anyone anyway.  When my account was stolen, they did absolutely nothing to help.  What is this place anyway?  It seems somewhere between Purgatory and Hell.

Hell, when we're having a good laugh Cheesy
Purgatory when we have to listen to these trolls drone on and on and on (or see their names roll by on ignore)

Interesting, I believe I am gonna reserve a % of my MN income for development purpopes.
I suggest everyone who's owning a MN also do this: giving away a really small part of your ROI will likely ensure a great payoff in the long run.

In summary, the Intel Management Engine and its applications are a backdoor with total access to and control over the rest of the PC. The ME is a threat to freedom, security, and privacy, and the libreboot project strongly recommends avoiding it entirely. Since recent versions of it can’t be removed, this means avoiding all recent generations of Intel hardware. details https://libreboot.org/faq.html#intelme --- https://tehnoetic.com/laptops --- https://store.vikings.net/x200-ryf-certfied
