Dash is 27.3 times faster with syncing and updating than Bitcoin and 93.7 times faster than Monero. Bitcoin (v0.11.0) has a Tao ratio 11.2% faster than bitcoin (v0.10.0) release.
Dash (v.0.12.0.49) = Tao sync ratio = 0.15 seconds / hour of update || Dash (v.0.11.2.23) = Tao sync ratio = 0.24 seconds / hour of update. V12 versus V11 speedup = +36.5%
Bitcoin (v.0.11.0) = Tao sync ratio = 4.14 seconds / hour of update || Monero (v.0.41.1) = Tao sync ratio = 14.2 seconds / hour of update

Looks like in the cryptonote merry go round the leading "instamine" just overtook the leading "perfect launch". arielbit - you'd better get stuck into the bytecoin thread and do some "newb protecting" over there nope, thanks..dashcoin itself is one big statement against bytecoin premine.. cryptonote is better than your cloned premined Frankenstein scam coin..that makes bytecoin a lot lesser evil than your coin...i'm gonna stay here  besides bytecoin do not kill a coin for its name unlike darkcoin trying to kill dashcoin ...there are two bytecoins out there but they did not harm the other one.. i respect bytecoin that's why i chose dashcoin as my number 2 cryptonote, an exact copy of bytecoin...if a bytecoin dev/s took over dashcoin i would buy and donate 500M DSH instead of 300M to the dev/s edit: i almost forgot..there is much more "chaos" here because darkcoin have a propaganda machine/trolls/cult........i really like my buddies here edit2: it is not only a dashcoin you are trying to harm...you are making threats, a foundation member making threats, and your acolytes making threats to the so called trolls |

i just compile ddash from github followin this guide https://github.com/darkcoin/darkcoin/blob/master/doc/build-unix.mdi keep getting an error when starting the daemon, "Error initializing wallet database environment /home/user/.dash!" i tried with libdb4.8-dev, libdb5.1-dev and libdb5.3-dev and get the error every time, what can i do to run this??? |
