Yah, we're getting DarkSend to work faster, IX to not glitch (works pretty much every time) and smoothing out things like translations and little wallet issues like the slider bar. So I think today or tomorrow, Evan will have an updated wallet that simply runs better. Next time we start i2p or whatever, ip hiding technology Oh, that's a mistake then, we're on 0.11.2.17 officially DASH is the most innovative coin ever in crypto world with much rich features and great supportive community, DASH is deserve to be more than $100 each in price with that revolutionary technology.

Laundering money means making it clean and has a negative connotation of people obtaining money through crime and making it usable. Using Clean in conjunction with money implies that before cleaning it was illicit. In an ideal wallet there wouldn't even be a button (or only as an option for power users). As soon as you send coins they are mixed. The end user would only see a message that makes this clear.
"You just deposited 100 Dash - It's usable right away but if you wait a bit it will automatically be mixed with Darksend (or whatever you want to call it) and made anonymous to respect your right to privacy"
Something to that effect better worded maybe. Who knows.

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421615.msg5424980#msg5424980

Cleaning implies dirty.. Privacy is clearer.
Privatise. or Make private.
+1 I dont like, sorry If you want clean coins use darksend Sorry, I don't speak English good enough - so trust you in better word instead of "cleaning". I just mention the principle. Darkcoin -> DASH Darksend, Anonimizing, mixing -> "new-name": something not-criminal, positive, clear that everybody will understand and use. I like the idea, but KISS would imply don't even mention it. In fact, the whole wallet thing needs to be papered over for regular Joe. Mobile wallets and online wallets only. Users should be encouraged to use mobile and online as hot wallets and a much simplified Trezor as their bank (enter pin number, send this amount to your online account). The whole DarkSend thing needs to be made mass market friendly. If you are about to disagree with me, go hire someone who is retired to do a 'mystery shopper' review, and don't forget to ask them to back-up their Wallet.dat file, to update, to find their app folder with %appdata%, etc, etc. You, dear reader, are a unique tech minded animal simply because you are here.

What's interesting about Crave is that around 9 months ago, this thread was being bombarded by Cloak, Vericoin and XC trolls who were lambasting Dash (then DRK) for the 'masternode' approach and screaming about how Cloak was going to render Dash obsolete due to the fact that it used trustless 'in wallet' anonymity.

Anyway - come on: top 10 P&D over next 4 weeks. In order, please, so I can do an accumulator bet.
Top 10 !? Are you kidding ? If I can find one that doesn't sink my speculative budget in time for me to dump it I might let you know retrospectively. EDIT: Ok, it appears your not alone in needing to liberate yourself of surplus monetary burden and gamble your life away since I've been getting PM'd with similar requests so I'll empty my toxic market musings on you and feel free to do what you will with them. (I won't call it tok's "sh*tcoinlist" since I know smooth monitors this thread every 10 seconds and I don't want to disrespect his cryptographic work of art). So here's... *************** Tok's Dash Thread Mystic Market Trawl ************** (Lets see if I don't get a banning for "discussing other coins at length". I could sure do with one to get some of my life back ) **** Junk Bond Territory **** I'm still waiting for my Bitbay to undrown itself - which it might actually have a chance of doing if its film star author manages to get the trading client to splutter into life. Outrunner decentralised eBay there for anyone feeling adventurous. Worst case - it goes back to 50 sats. Best case - your a millionaire. **** Cryptonote Territory **** Of the cryptonotes, all pumps are getting a bit mature now for there to be much short term upside in them. XMR was either going to break up or down from here but that last pump took the wind out of its sails a bit and it's now in a bit of a descending triangle situation. Massive order book keeping it in suspension - Real ? Fake ?. Who knows, probably some of both. The rule is if your a Dash fan then it's Dash with a Cryptonote hedge. If your a Cryptonote fan then it's your choice of invisible, semi-visible, pseudo-visible-down-the-end of-a-toilet-roll blockchain coin with a Dash hedge, so take your pick. XMR's flavour of the month (and might still get a backdraught from the interview), BCN's come alive again on fundamentals (but all other cryptonotes hate it cos it's a premine [not more than they hate us though ]), shadow's got a good video but at an ATH so not ideal, nav's already on the tail end of a pump and coming down. So of that lot if your looking for a hedge I'd wait for the bubble to burst on one of them and take a scoop. **** TV Star Territory **** Max Keiser and Russel Brand are pushing Startcoin and on the face of it you'd think this would be a slam-dunk manyfold pump and dump with 20 million RT fans and 8 million Trews fans. Right now might not actually be too bad an entry point for anyone thinking that that's a goer since it's come down to half its peak value of a week ago and appears to be bottoming out. Going against that is the absolutely toxic talking down it gets from bitcointalk afficionadoes. (Since this is a "family" thread for the most part I'll leave the quotes to others... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1016533.0) **** Tightrope Walkers **** If you feel like a bit of precision trading that's almost guaranteed to pay you a couple of beers at the end of the week, BitUSD's currently $4 dollars over its peg. At the same time, BTS is well down on its honkers, so there's the perfect combination - scoop some BTS, lend some BitUSD into existence and short that mother back in place to collect Friday night's pizza budget. **** Beauty Contests **** Etherium keeps being about to be launched. When it does, wait to see if it goes up or down first and take appropriate action. **** Trollbox Hysteria Zone **** It's too late for the Vanilla bus by the looks of it but some appear to be eyeing up Dime over the horizon. Concerning the fundamentals on that one, my research is about as thin as that stuff that wafer wrapped prawns are wrapped in. As far as I'm concerned it's a slab of caramel coated chocolate but if Poloniex trollbox says it's investible then I'd rather argue with a hungry rhino than not take note. **** Inverse Russian Roulette Zone **** (That's the kind where 5 of the shots will kill you and only 1 keeps you alive). Not a bad trading strategy I've found is just to scan everything below some miniscule marketcap, spend 45 seconds each on 3 things: the last few pages of their ANN thread, the graphs on marketcap.com and the trading volume to see if any 3 of those parameters "stick out of the background". Then just buy up a shitload of the stuff for 0.1 BTC and sit and wait. 200k cap is the upper boundary of kamikaze risk-tranche for me. In summary, the territory is barren this year (because all the big innovation got introduced last year) and returns are not quite the jackpot they were. I'm also not as familiar with what's going on as I was last year because I gave up significant day trading due to it being not quite compatible with family life, so there may be plenty other stuff out there I've missed and that is by no means a comprehensive overview - just what I know of. DISCLAIMERI'm not responsible when you default on your car loan, your wife/husband chucks you out because you remortgaged to go naked long on a crypto and it went down the pan Enjoy yourself Jesus. That was bloody brilliant. Write a for profit subscription blog, I'll subscribe (hey, don't set one up and send just me a monthly bill).

I was going to mention that fact in that thread but then I paused and thought about the trolls that come here.....and hit the back button. I sold all my CRAVE that I was using to generate dash today for a nice profit. It all comes down to trust.... I just don't trust an anon dev coin with thousands of dollars. I made almost 200 hundred dash on my initial investment of 50 dash equiv in BTC. Today was a good day. Thank you shitcoin! =D

Well,Its kinda hard to feel lucky to be in Dash when you look market, sure we're steady in uptrend, but moving in only 3-4 shitcoin in a years give at least much more profit than keeping dash. Its sincerely not an question of profit, but of utility and visibility Why giving a chance to a shitcopycoin to go to the moon when it known it won't have the substain to keep it alive. I know alot of people in last years leaving crypto because of this....Giving too much visibility to shitcoin will just keep people 'average joe' in distance to all of this,no matter if there's 'one or two good coin' because the illogicaly of market to drive shit up. This is sad seriously - for short term - but Yes,when I read technically information about dash,I feel very lucky
