I think the biggest problem is us guys...the DASH community. We keep feeding these morons and they keep coming back for scraps. We all know there was no scam, fact. Evan, nearly 16 months ago put the question up to vote on whether or not we should burn the coins or relaunch the coin once it was discovered there were some technical issues with the launch. We, the whole community at that time vote no, leave it be. Those are the facts. Let's us as a community stick to those facts. Our trolls have only one tool in their tool box... Instamined scam.... Which is a lie.

It's clear that this a a case of tall poppy syndrome, in which those "of genuine merit are resented, attacked, cut down, or criticised because their talents or achievements elevate them above or distinguish them from their peers."

Good for them. Hopefully they will be more resistant to trolling in the future.

Good for them. Hopefully they will be more resistant to trolling in the future. I believe we need to disengage with these trolls and move on, the fact that a major component of our ecosystem didn't know the facts about us to start with means we need to do a better job of marketing our currency. We need to come up with a unified front in disarming misinformation and I'm going to approach the foundation about this. We need to be on point. No more no less. This has been tiresome.

We have reached this point before (god, its like living in the twilight zone with these trolls from different coins all coming here with their shitcoinism). That is when the FAQ was created http://en.wiki.dashninja.pl/wiki/FAQIt probably just needs updating.

When I saw the 'dev' campaigning to have the listing in the first place, I knew they wanted to have that badge of reference for their own shitcoinism agenda - hey investors, come over here so we can dump our Trolloero scam mine on you. Well, Trolleoro's:

I would put up there that... As Buddhism says... "The problem is within, never without" meaning we as a community have contributed much to this silliness. We must answer any questions or challenges with facts and professionalism. This means me as well.

Most of them are now back on ignore. They can keep spamming this thread. Ignore works great. They will try to cross the line again, no doubt. Until then, dear Trolleros.

Evan solved problems Bitcoin had
Evan solved Bitcoin mining's variance "problem" by adding a Reference Node. Evan solved Bitcoin's diffuse/diverse/leaderless community "problem" by acting as dictator, on behalf of THE DARKCOIN FOUNDATION INC. Even solved Bitcoin's Nakamoto Consensus "problem" by adding a remote killswitch (AKA 'spork control') to enforce his whims. Did I miss any of Dear Leader's Cargo Cult solutions?

Monero devs and trolls should waste their time and energy to make their coin better instead of attacking other coins....it is hard for them I know since they don't know what to do next maybe they are waiting for another coin to copy

If you go through the trouble of making a meme about someone, you are not ignoring them. Ignoring someone means ignoring them, not giving them attention by making/posting memes about them. This isn't hard to understand, unless you are a DashHole.

Hi Bagholder. Save your self some time and energy. We know that this isn't about DASH as a currency... It's a personal thing. Please help us all by not quoting them. Thanks.

Viewpoint: Who are the people in the dark corners?http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-32446711Zack is in his early 30s, and speaks with a soft Thames Estuary accent. I met him in a pub, where he immediately struck me as one of those sharp, thoughtful, well-read autodidacts - tinged with natural shyness. He's been trolling strangers for a decade. "Trolling is not about bullying people," he explained. "It's about unlocking situations, creating new scenarios, pushing boundaries, trying ideas out, calculating the best way to provoke a reaction." Zack has spent years refining his tactics. His favourite technique is to join an online forum of a group he doesn't like, intentionally make basic grammatical or spelling mistakes, wait for someone to insult his writing, and then try to lock them into a brutal argument about politics.

I would love to meet Icebreaker in real life if only to see what kind of man/teenager firstly considers insults to be an effective method of debate and secondly, considers "DashHole" to be an insult.
I took him off ignore a few weeks ago because I enjoyed laughing while imagining what he must be like in real life. Now I just feel sorry for a man who feels that he has to act in this way. It is really depressing. If I'm feeling depressed for him, I can only imagine how Icebreaker must feel about himself.
Icebreaker. Its got to the point that people pity you. Good luck, I genuinely hope you overcome whatever is consuming your sanity at the moment.
Back on ignore.
