A Proposal to the Entire DashHole Community:

Hello, my name is Bill Cassidy and I'm a control freak who wants to impose my thin-skinned preferences in a non-moderated thread on a notoriously raucous forum. Over the course of the last 3 months I've become more involved with pumping the Dash HYIP/MLM scam on dashtalk, reddit, slack and BCT. I am aware of the trolling, arguments and quite literally bullcrap happening in this specific thread. In fact most people around the community are aware of it.

I get it. As supporters of DASH sometimes we are compelled to respond to the people who bring up uncomfortable questions about the instamine, hardcoded collateral address, centralized reference node, and autocratic rebranding. We are compelled to defend the HYIP/MLM scam we put our time, money and effort into.

Please stop trying to control what other people do.

Asking pointed questions about Dash's MLM and HYIP-like attributes is not trolling.

Discussing Dash's massive instamine is not trolling.

Disclosing the fact of Dash's hardcoded collateral address is not trolling.

Questioning the desirability of Dash's centralized reference node is not trolling.

Disagreeing with Dash's autocratic rebranding is not trolling.

You want to make this thread a 'safe space' for cargo cultist cheerleader circle jerking.

The good news for those who still hold bitcoins is that with the benefit and full backing of the Fed-insured Goldman, Blythe and so on, the price of Bitcoin has nowhere to go but up: after all, the venture investments of the TBTF banks must be allowed to flourish. And with  documented instances of bitcoin manipulation, BTC is just the latest risk asset in the hands of a big bank.

f*ck !  Hadn't seen that, even though I've got zerohedge on refresh about once every 5 minutes all day long.

I think the gold bug commenters on zerohedge are a fairly good thermometer for bitcoin's fortunes. If they start getting bullish I'll probably revise my price target to 7 figures immediately. Never seen a more conservative (albeit entertaining) bunch of rock huggers in my life.

I stopped taking part when I released they had a hidden agenda (precious metals backed?), a number of old timers and respected posters such as bankguyfrombrussels got banned from ZH for no apparent reason, I remember them discussing it one time and them being outraged at blocking their freedom of speech, I realised then, ZH had probably been subverted (although still an excellent website)
I think it was 'topdog' who was riding the bitcoin wave from early on and they said he had something like 110,000 bitcoins,lol. I always thought that a proper trader like him would know the buy and sell points and read the charts much better than new bitcoin owners, I think he disappeared as well, has probably bought an island next to Mel Gibson and gone AWOL

try to withdraw large sum of cash in USA and you will be marked as... potential criminal/terrorist/plotter ...

is this well known American dream? democracy? and you guys just watch as they do this to you?

these are some scary things, and im lucky that i dont live near USA and i can withdraw money without cops showing @ my door ... but its just matter of time when that will happen in every other country

after thinking about this, every stable/quality crypto who have anonymity in mind is welcome in my book and even if i dont own much DASH i will stash some for my kids

I hate to be a downer, but if you can't use cash, what makes you think that "they" will allow you to use digital cash? Sure, it could be kind of hard to track down holders, but all they'd have to do would be to make it illegal for businesses to accept it.
