I hadn't opened my Mac wallet for a few weeks, and got a warning about potential loss of data for my encrypted wallet.

Just wondering if there is a new wallet that solves this issue and if I have to follow a specific procedure or just update?

What do you guys think about the decrease of Bitcoin price just as we are getting ready for our big boom? Is it a good thing or a bad thing? It's a bad thing since price of DRK is hurt by Bitcoin decrease in price, but could it possibly help shift mainstream's attention to DRK? Thoughts?

There were times I was scared like a little girl - But hold on strong and acumulated more. I missed the oportunity to get them at 0.0025-.0.0030 but I go some between .004 and .006 duffs. I also had some .013 .009 and .015 so I am kind of break even at the moment.

If instant transactions work, after open sourcing, I bet that within 90 days of open sourcing, overstock.com will allow DRK as a method of payment.

I would like to bet 50 DRK. Working Instant Transactions=Overstock within 90 days.

The real question is; sell after what news? Lately news for DRK coming one after another. As Evan proved before, this news are not empty promises. So I dont think anyone in a right mind would sell a duff (not even a dark). If even holds these promises, crypto scene will not be the same again.

looking at the altcoin-charts it´s more like "buy whatever isnt litecoin or monero"

it would be interessting to see what is realy a "darkcoin buy" at the moment, and what is a "no litecoin buy".

I think it is too soon to talk about shifting from bitcoin to darkcoin. Bitcoin has been cheaper than now just a few months ago, it is not such a big deal. We are still a tiny fraction of what they are. Let's just focus on doing our thing and success will come. Meanwhile, enjoy the ride!!

Usually it's the opposite. When Bitcoin goes down, so does everything else. It's not being tied to Bitcoin's price which is a good thing.

Always a possibility. However, I would consider the "buy the rumor" phase to persist all the way up until the actual release of the technology, and not merely stop at the whitepaper. On the contrary, I'd expect a sharp jump at the release of the whitepaper, because even though Evan himself has confirmed that it's in the works, I feel like the market likely hasn't priced it in yet.

Not only that, but we have RC5, second part of Kristov review soon, and open source in a week. Combine that with instant transactions and I think we have a sustained climb ahead. Plus, Evan has plans to send out press releases and publicize these events, unlike some prior ones which haven't received much media attention (like RC4).

Still working, but soon is my last work day That won't stop me from holding my coins though, I'm a long term believer. I think DRK will change the world as we know it, or at least contribute to a new and better world with its innovations. I dream of a world without government control.
