Somebody on twitter was spreading misinformation about RC5 implementing instant transactions. I tweeted the truth about that and indicated RC6 was the one for instant transactions.

Please note - it won't be called RC6. Darkcoin is about to be released, no more release candidates, no more Beta, ready for general use, ready to take on the world.

Darkcoin will evolve so that we can each have a NodeJoin chip in our brain. Transactions will be instant, as they will be shortly, but transacted through thought.

darkcoin has retraced about 50% of the latest move up from .0058 to .0094 on low volume. Looks like normal profit taking.

Looks like expectations are low for RC5 after the huge post-RC4 selloff. I really don't think we'll get another sell of this time. In addition to low expectations, we also have open sourcing a week away and then instant transactions (call it Darkcoin 2.0 if you will) after that.

That we still use debt based FIAT money!

I look at darkcoin as a protocol/technology, not just a fancy altcoin or something.
Darkcoin could spark a (r)evolution, you know like: make anonymity cool again!
And such a movement could survive you and me easily.

Considering that we live in a world where governments everywhere are just a few steps away from totalitarian tyranny, Darkcoin could become very important!

So I'm starting to think that Darkcoin is really a good name, because we need to make anonymity cool again!
