If you wonder why you dont get payments for your service - have a look here

Very lucky

http://drk.poolhash.org/masternode.html?srch&nmstr=XwzmEE1cJ6HG84CgJvAt7ADmJ8W9Wh65Tq

More payments over the last days than 5 nodes alltogether over months

Where have you been?

Some people have another live than DRK. Some need to work and to have a bit sleep !
By the way, updated my MN !

I got to work and read about it at 9am... It was a long day...

It was a long night!

Still. The guy came here and explained approximately what he had done and that he was going to donate the DRKs to some open source project. props for that.

The MNs payments being made to him are his bounty for bug finding.

Darkcoin was hacked?  Exploit found in code?

So someone finds a serious flaw in drk after it is open sourced and you praise him and offer him a bounty.  The fact remains that it didn't take long for a bug to be found and a hacker to get free drk.  How many more bugs are there in this code?  The attacker stated that the code was horrible and it didn't take him long to find this flaw.  I thought that there was a paid code review.  Was that code review worth the money?  What was the purpose of that code review other than hype?

Like I said numerous times before.  DRK masternode network is nothing more than an overcomplicated clusterfuck of spaghetti code.  It's not if but when another exploit is found by someone.  How many drk will they be rewarded for next time?

DRK is finished.  There are better solutions out there already.  Everybody knows it.  It's just you dead enders that won't admit it to yourselves.

Darkcoin was basically hacked and you guys are trying to sweep it under the rug and call it a good thing.  Hell, you even give the hacker props.  But I guess props are due for exposing drk for the failure that it is.

It's just a matter of time before another successful attack on the masternode network and it will likely be more serious than this last hack of the masternode network.

You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still just a pig.  You can put frosting on shit but it's still shit.  You can try and sweep these serious flaws drk has under the rug but they still exist.

RIP.

P.S.

When is drk going to overtake Bitcoin?
Are you the guy that had in your signature that you wouldn't sell drk until it hit $300?  If so I bet you wish you would have sold at $12 when it was at it's peak.  As it stands now it is highly unlikely it will ever reach $3 again.  Kind of hard to trust a coin when a hacker can dismantle the code in a couple hours and launch an attack and steal coins now isn't it.

I thought you were abandoning your account. So much for that, eh?

To answer you, no DRK was not "hacked". No coins from existing addresses were taking. There was an exploit found that forced a user's pubkey into the masternode list and because he ran over 30% of the MN network in fake MN's, he was getting selected as for the MN payee (new coins from block's found for the masternode party). BTC also had issues as well with exploits (billion coin exploit from integer error iirc). Open source allows more eyes and these inevitable issues will be resolved.

I am disappointed Kristov didn't manage to see this but he's also one person looking at the code, code in which isn't like other coins out there when it comes to the darksend process.

Hi,

I get this error when I'm trying to send payments:

Unable to locate enough Darksend denominated funds for this transaction"

I'm only using the linux daemon and not trying to use Darksend....

What's up? This only started with the last update.

Sounds like you are trying to send anon'd funds that aren't there from going through the DS+ process. Darksend disabled? Funds sent non-anon'd/no preference?

Darksend request incomplete, masternode queue is full. Since the new update to 14.1 i only get this error anyone else? The drk amount should not be to low(known bug).

Settings?

Standard? i also tryed every round from 1 to 8. Nothing always the same message. I payed for the first round.

Is the balance less than 20 DRK?

No above i said i know about that bug. I checked also the masternode list no exploited fake nodes in there.

Bitcoin's been advancing again today - now at $350 on stamp. I wonder if stock market jitters help.

Stockmarket now seriously heading for a correction as far as I can see. London 1-month MACD firmly pointing to the floor and central banks free money drying up - unlike 2011 which was the last time the buying momentum tipped over like this.

Japan throwing in the towel on growth. Europe throwing in the towel on growth..... United States: steady supply of wars to keep itself in business.

I've not specified anything to use DarkSend and I don't think it's enabled... unless it is by default?? I'm only using the RPC/CLI and the sendmany command.

No it's not really good news. Darkcoin will not have 5-10 times more volume as there are too many coins held by supporters and kept in masternodes. And there is a plan to double the masternode amount Wink

Doesn't matter... quit thinking in whole coin terms. If there is only 1M coins floated with the other outstanding tied up, the value per coin should be much higher and as such, require more BTC to buy each coin.

Guess that's some good news...

I wish I could beat every idiot gibbering about liquidity and volume to death with a great big decimal fucking point.  Grin
