I can't believe how gullible the market is. I just watched the guy's HODL video and he says everyone will make money and he's targeting the coin to be 1k... It's times like these where I wonder about the crypto population.

How gullible the market is? Go look at coinmarketcap and the top 25 coins. Look at the value they have. Hundreds of millions and several over a billion. What can you do with them? Where can you spend them? What real world use do they have? Lots of promises and speculation. It's no different with Chaincoin. If you don't care about Chaincoin then don't buy it, mine it, or worry about it. It's that simple. I can point to many ICO's with a market cap much higher that have no use at all. And people actually gave these people millions of dollars. Chaincoin has been mined since 2014. Nobody came up with some fancy graphics and some story about how they were going to change the world and ended up raising millions for software still in development with some five year roadmap that changes monthly. The market is gullible? Yes it is but you should focus your rant towards some of the obvious scams out there. |

Well there is something to be said about limiting supply and creating hype around a coin. That's all it really takes to get the ball rolling sometimes. It doesn't even have to roll all that quickly to start, but if the volume is there and it looks like people are trading a coin it can generate even more interest. Look at Litecoin it started as the coin that you just mined along side Bitcoin back in the day or look at Dogecoin the main use doesn't even exist anymore and started as a joke essentially on Reddit. It just takes people believing that the coin can have a purpose to significantly raise its price and attract more attention.
As lijoe mentioned no one is even asking you to invest in the coin unless you believe in the cause. This isn't your typical pump and dump.

If you dual mine (with free power of course) ETH & DCR right now whattomine.com says:
GTX1060 = ~$2.50/day
RX480 = ~$3.25/day
CHC @ ~$3 per kiwi.
If you mine CHC @ 5 MH/s on RX480 or 10MH/s on GTX1060 you're going to make ~0.75 CHC/day on the RX480 and ~1.5 CHC/day on the GTX1060.
AMD users pump, Nvidia user mine.
i didnt get your calculations bro He means is if you are AMD miner then mine eth+dcr then exchange it to CHC but if you are NVIDIA miner then mine CHC directly. Nvidia is more profitable for mining chc right now because of huge hashrate. yes i know right because i have amd rigs too and amd is shit with hashrate cause od sgminer.. ccminer with cuda mod is very fast but i want to know why ppl with 14mh getting 1 coin at day and me with 160mh getting just 5???  You should earn around 8-10 coins with that hashrate. What app were you looking when cheking hashrate? ccminer/sgminer is the accurate one and not on the pool stats. I already shared my .bat file too some day ago.. Ccminer alexis mod i get 10mh on each 1060 3gb but with 160mh total power i was getting 5 coin at day so i switched to ethereum again... now you all say i should get 10/11 coins day this is good I'll try |

with my gtx1080 im getting 16.5Mh/s with the standart ccminer, with ccminer-alexis78 mod im getting 22,5Mh/s wtf. got coins from supernova so everthing ok there. i did some calculation and if i have to sell those coins for under 2$ ist not worth it... time will tell.
ehm, can you explain what alexis78 mod is? i didn't read every page on this topic  It's just a ccminer but modded by alexis ypu can search it on google. I'm also using it and getting around 16mh/s on my gtx 1070. Thank you man! i went from 14mh/s with standard cc miner to 17.6mh/s with alexis mod! Cryptopia now shows my chc coins (it took 1 day), so you can mine from suprnova to cryptopia wallet! |

With amd is not worth it mining if i can tell you. It's very low hashrate nvidia is better |

You can mine directly to Cryptopia, but make sure you set a reasonable payout level on Suprnova to only pay out after several full coins. The problem with mining directly are that the wallet can change and Cryptopia may not update immediately causing potential loss of coins, not likely, but possible. Also if you deposit to little coins at once it is possible that it gets identified as "dust" and requires wallet maintenance to properly credit your account. This is why they don't want people mining directly. |

anyone know where exactly the wallet.dat file is saved? which folder?
In Windows it's C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\Chaincoin In Linux it's /home/your username/.chaincoin Those are the default locations. thanks. but im running my masternode on ubuntu server. paths are different No it's just a hidden directory. From the command prompt cd .chaincoin then ls and you'll see wallet.dat. I'm using WinSCP is there anyway to unhide the directory? Go to Options - Preferences and click Panels on the left. Check Show hidden files just figured out i had to restart winscp to make this work ! thanks |

Someone called bobiro developed and released it secretly in a private github repo that has been lately hacked and the download link for that miner has been posted in the open. Whoever u are if u read this, better avoid and skip to the next thread. |

lol. He said 'correction' what in the hell is it getting corrected to? The term is 'pull back' So after a pump (which this was a natural raise in price since people bought coins to put into master nodes) the price does have a pull back. Which is also natural since this is called trading. Before the raise in price there was only about 12 master node running and now there are 1882 master node running. CHC LOCKED IN MASTERNODES
