Blocks need 100 confirmations on the network. To make sure im not distributing coins I don't have the coinbase maturity of the pool has been set to 120.
I can not safely reduce this value sorry.

It's a little silly that it takes 100 block confirms to mature but striving for 480 blocks per day

Going much better now. Miners are starting to return to the pools after the hardfork, and I believe the devs will be offering some nice bounties and giveaways very soon too!

I had about 0.82 ASR in my account on http://asr.cryptopools.com/ (http://asrb.cryptopools.com/ now). Which I cannot withdraw now.

The auto-payout is from 1 ASR minimum and the manual payout is not available.
I also tried to specify my payment address for auto-payout and it doesn't save it, returning and RPC error.

My username was barbos there, is any admin of that pool available to help me with this?
