Pain job aint so bad either when it comes to eth. I am holding mine, it is miles ahead all other projects including btc and it is only matter of time when it will be #1

If I remember right, the devs are planning a hybrid phase as a transition to pure POS.  But the ultimate goal in Casper is pure POS.  POS has never been implemented at such a high bandwidth and Vitalik says that this is one of the greatest challenges Ethereum has yet to meet.
