And to think, 2 weeks and a half ago people were whining about ETH crashing and picking on some of us who said otherwise.. TSK TSK. Although I am sure they were just crappy shell accounts trying to buy up more cheap Ethereum. Glad some of them got BURNED for shorting it. Hahahahaha.

Looks like Ethereum is nearing the $20 spot that Litecoin used to occupy at one time. I think that there's a lot more to Ethereum than simply looking at the price rise. The DAO and ETH are taking the Blockchain into a completely new world.
Having said that, imminent $50 and $100 speculation in this thread is starting to look quite feasible once the mainstream cotton on to the fact that the game is changing.

This is what whiners should understand because they tend to stick to a coin that seem not progressing and that it limits us from implementing ideas unlike having the smart contracts. ITs just the beginning and if we all get to work together to make things happen, we can beat BTC. All will be fair in this battle, no early adopters as they c an still buy it cheaper not unlike they can buy eth for $100

The dollar price has broken the previous record. But the bitcoin is not yet. It still needs to rise more than 10%.

just responding to the idea of a new decentralized site concurrent to airbnb in theDAO:
the idea was great and great was the success...
but presently i am fighting with the site, very difficult to communicate with potential clients,
airbnb now has so much restrictions and tax problems....that a new concurrent may have a great future also.

I think you're french, am I right ? you use the word "concurrent" (from french "concurrent" de "concurrence") when what you mean is "competitor". Concurrent in english means "happening at the same time".

The dollar price has broken the previous record. But the bitcoin is not yet. It still needs to rise more than 10%. So do you think that will happen? Only the big whales can determine the bitcoin and Ethereum price. We willjust have to follow them.

in its Forbes paper, Laura Shin says:
-bitcoin is a public blockchain, it is the internet ; -ethereum is a private blockchain, something like an intranet.
do you agree ?

She didn't say that Ethereum is a private blockchain, she's referring to the private blockchains developed by financial institutions as Intranet.
