Why haven't they left the hack as it is and that's it. Instead they support ETC, their competition practically?

Only POS can save ETH at the moment. ICOs are going down and with them the price and applicability of ETH. We can expect POS in Q4 2019, right?

when you're popular, it's normal that you have fleas. as in any big city there is always dirt and sewage, which are these applications. think the ethdevs s preparing something more. if they managed daosituation, everything will be fine here too. im sure that we will see prices above 1000 dollars again.

For me, with the price of Ether at $130 per coin, the profitability of mining is zero. It all depends on the price of electricity. But while it is tolerable, I hope for the rise.

Agreed with you now ETH have so many competitors who are moving really fast as compare with the development process of this platform. There is big competition who will provide the best platform for smart contract this is interesting to watch what is happening right now.
