If this Ethereum 2.0 tanks hard, what will happen to the prospects of the Ethereum project, will it start to dwindle or will it have no to little effect? Every project will have a bug or two in their codes it's a good thing that it was caught in the testnet version of the network and, they quickly fixed it. No need to worry for now, I guess finding bugs is normal procedure in testnet.

Sure, I get what you are saying. As long as they can fix the problems that pop up the project will be better off. That being said if they end up finding a lot more bugs and problems, Ethereum 2.0 might possibly be delayed or somehow altered compared to original plans???

It depend on the approach how they will take it up if they will failed to fix these bugs on time than surely it might get delayed as like happening there. Testnet purpose to discover the bugs and fix them and monitor them how it will gone smoothly after this.

You won't find much information about the bugs on their twitter account you will have to look at crypto news sites but, yes they already fixed the issue that crashed the network.

High fees are making terrible experience to trade on DEXs and that is the big reason why big traders prefer CEX instead of that. I also agreed with you OMG will bring flexibility and peace of mind as like they are claiming they found the solution to scalable the ETH network so let's see how it will go.

There is nothing encoded in the public key to indicate how it was generated or whether the derivation path was used at all.

The one of main reasons for high transaction fees was the DeFi boom. Just like back in 2017 crypto kitties and ICO projects raised the gas prices to a new high by clogging network this time it was DeFi projects.

Thanks, but do you know it for sure? From my technical understanding (it's basic), the address is derived from an algorithm. So if I take a different derivation path, the parameters of the algorithm change so that a different address comes out. This should also be possible the other way round. The question is if there is a tool to do the reverse calculation.
