I guess this is if the promotion is not goign as well as planned and the ICO is not getting enough investements they want to "milk" the bounty program as much as possible and give little regard to the stakes thinning out for the average user, but ofcourse if this is a stake based system then its really bad since it will reduce the tokens everyone will recieve, which is ofcourse bad, thats why we developed our bounty system not based on stakes but on actualy tokens and when we run out then we run out we will not add more to the bounty program and everyone will get paid a good amount no matter how many participants, we will just close down the bounty campaign if we run out of tokens, its just so unfair when bounty campaigns just put it on an endless loop and then the stakes of everyone reduces to almost nothing, in the end, it just seems very unfair for the bounty participants who are working hard to do work.
The system of stakes in a bounty campaign is not perfect, what you're saying is true if the campaign gets extended that gives the chance to more bounty hunters to join and to dilute the stakes of everyone, but the stakes system has also a nice side if the campaign last a long amount of time it is more likely that many people quit in the middle of the campaign and that you get more tokens instead.

They do so if the time to reach the softcap is taking way longer than the team expected that it would so they would extend the time of the campaign and the ico to give it more time to reach their target. Also it could be that they did not get the number of desired participants, so they extend it to give more bounty hunters more time to register for the campaign.

lol, maybe they speed up their ICO event or slow it down because bitcoin prices are going down, I guess they also know maybe ICO's trust level is also starting to decrease now so do not have enough funds also to pay bounty workers

I think that most companies extend the ico, with the expectation of raising more funds, and hoping for a growing market, with their entry to the exchange. Since at the moment almost all companies are trading at lower prices than ico.

Hi there! I participating in several bounty campaign. In 4 out of 5 campaign deadline was extended. In one be extend for a month, in another - for 2, in a third - for an indefinite period. Say please, this is normal or it is attribute of scam?
Thank!

very difficult to judge the bounty is sometimes scam ICO sometimes extend the working period because the token he sells blom reach 100%. so all bounty experienced time retreat ..
I hope you directly chat to admint bounty that follow sometimes he has his own reasons for the bounty problem that he extends.

Most icos hope if they expand their ico the can outpass an bear market. So if an ico gets listed at an exchange druing bear market it will very likely drop in price !

Well that thing is pretty common not just in bounty campaign. There are some possible reason for extending deadline, but I think the most of bounty extend their deadline is because the manager can not check the participant work because there are more participant than expected. Other than that usually it related to the result of the ICO

Project extended their sale deadline not mean it's become scam, maybe they want to raised more money from ICO and find more private investor, another reason is I think most of the ICO project can't raised a lot of money or raised their softcap because of currently market price dip, so try to ask in official telegram channel , I think admin will give you an answer

Do not worry , most likely the developers just do not have enough money and they decided to extend to collect more . Now, because of the low price of bitcoin, few people risk investing in projects, so developers are forced to extend ISO .

It is true that people are not investing as much in icos as they did in the past months or years but I do not think this has to do with the price of bitcoin this has to do with all the regulations that are coming to icos and many people are losing confidence to invest in those new projects especially if they have to go through processes like know your customer policies.

The bonus campaign often expires because of a number of reasons: The ICO has not sold out or wants to increase sales.

I also have companies that have extended the time. But they increased the number of tokens per company. So I think it's not a fraud

I think most of bounty campaign extend their deadline because they are not yet reached the soft cap and they want to get more investors to raised more money.

Well that's happen because they postpone their ico so of course they have to extend the deadline of the bounty, they want to have the best situation for their ico and we know what crypto situation is uncertain so when they think that right now isn't a good time to conduct an ico then they will postpone it for several weeks.

I understand frustrations regarding bounty campaigns becaise i was in that place before. You worked your ass to.complete it but then they end up saying that they will cancel the ico because they did not raise enough funds to reach the soft cap. In order to get more investors they need to extend it or else the ico will not be launched.

we can't says extended deadline will be scam project and probably they have personal reasons why they decide to extended the projects and for the exact issue i think you have to asking them why this is happened however maybe one of those reasons is they want their projects reach to hardcap

I think why they always extend the deadline is because their goal in their project was not done yet, they want a support from us by promoting their project through that our reward after the campaign was increase. We can call that scam when after 1 year still we can't get our reward like that.

You are very lucky. Yes, some Bounty campaigns have extended, but this is not the rule and certainly not 80%. I came across this extensions only a few times and I think that in reality this is about 5-10%.

Well, I have participated a few bounties that don't extend the deadline. I don't think that it is 80 percent. A lot of them don't extend. I think that some of them don't get sufficient investment, so they extend the deadline.

I think this is why bounty hunters are moving to bountyhive and other similar platforms to ensure delivery of payments at specified dates. It can be a little annoying when they extend the period, but i guess it is better than cancelling the project completely due to not reaching the soft cap.
