Hi there! I participating in several bounty campaign. In 4 out of 5 campaign deadline was extended. In one be extend for a month, in another - for 2, in a third - for an indefinite period. Say please, this is normal or it is attribute of scam?

Projects that does not reach their soft cap are often extended there campaigns. It is disappointing to bounty hunters but it may be good to the projects. This is i think is normal in order to reach the goal of the projects. |

I think this 2018 i've been to more than 5 ICO bounties which postponed their ICO and more than 5 again who extend their ICO for at least a month.
They all have the same reason! The market status is not healthy and doing ICO will make the project failed.
Though there is one question i always asked to them which they can't answer. If you have a great project and plan for it that can stand for the future,
Why they are afraid of the market status?

We all know why this is happening, but also they should increase the bounty pool because more and more participants are joining at the end of campaign, that means less reward for you.
That's one of those disadvantage as the campaign extended and people who are seeing a good run with the ico results for sure more and more bounty hunters will participate and keep in mind that the extensions gives them chances to get some stake as well, project management will like the scenarios as they can distribute coins to more participants and not to only few people who can dumped the coins after receiving it. |

As in 2018 market kept on falling so people started moving away as they thought might be btc would never recover and thus investing in any of the projects would mean losing the money. So we see that not many investors investing in the project, team have to extend the deadline in order to get as much money as possible . |

its already given that they extend due to lack of investors but in some cases they also extend because they recieve a good results from their ico or campaign . they want more exposure so that many people can be aware on their project .
honestly i love it when a campaign extends because that only means that i can earn more rewards from them but it so sad because most campaigns nowadays are not extending , maybe they lack of funds or did not satisfied on what campaigners has to offer .

The reason is the bad condition of the crypto market! yes that is another reason on why they extend but even before when the market is healthy , many ico's and campaigns are also extending because they love the results and they want more profit . So, don't call scam them, because many good ICOs are doing the same procedure and why not call them scam if they will not pay you ? nowadays most ico are turning into scam whether they would extend or not . |

We have to quit from those projects because we are not going to make any profits by promoting their tokens since there is not enough investors means that token won't get any value or very less value. |

That's why many companies are extending their ICO's even they cannot manage to reach the soft cap too and this makes many companies want to extend their ICO's until the market starts recovering.

Some very banal question. Is it just me? Everyone understands that the main reason for the extension of the bounty of the company is its poor performance or that it has not collected enough investment. |

It's just an indication that the market is really in bad condition, they are having a hard time reaching the softcap, because only a few investors now believe in ICO, they either shift to IEO or STO, better leave this kind of campaign and look for a better one. |
