I never graduated from secondary schooling because my family believed in that working at a young age was more important for benefiting my family then to earn a education. I think it really matters on where you are in ones life but it is not needed to be happy and provide for your family.

Of course, today an academic diploma is still one of the most important documents for applying for a job. With increasing competition in the job market, the level of diploma requested is even higher.

I say no. This is from a perspective from the United States and from my situations and experiences... College in my opinion is now a service industry. You spend so much money (in most cases obtain a shitload of debt) to go to college and get a piece of paper that says you can do something. Then you go out in the workforce and cannot find a job in the field you just went in to debt to learn... Right now it seems that trade industries/jobs are the way to go - make a great salary without needing a college degree... I see so many people with degrees that do a sub-par job, yet I see people that do not have degrees excel in the same roles. The system is flawed and backwards. There is a meme that sums it up pretty well...

It is a known fact that Knowledge is power. How would a medical doctor would have been able to successfully carry out surgery on a patient, or an Engineer to Build an Estate, all this would not have been possible without a higher education

It depends on what you want in the future. For example, for a doctor, of course, higher education is mandatory. And there are enough courses for a programmer.
You need degree for now to become a doctor but every doctor have jobs? There are lot of doctors still working for few hundreds monthly so education is not only enough to make money. We need to set our career path ad choose what is the best for it.

Its an edge if you're an educated person because its easy to achieve your goal by working hard. But it doesnt mean you became stupid if you are not a degree holder. I have a friend who became successful despite of not finishing his studies. He self learned being a cp technician and now having a shops managing by him.

Actually, there are many individuals who didn't even have a chance to get in to college but are now successful. Exactly. I have seen lots of successful businessmen, entrepreneurs, etc who have little education(typical education). Such people usually get educated in different ways, like through apprenticeship, seminars, self-taught, books, videos, etc I will simply go for the good basic education. I probably won't bother myself with things that won't interest and improve me. The most important thing is to be useful to others and serve them well.

Although its important for everyone to have a higher educational degree but its mostly depends on your situation. If you don't have any chance to go school, then don't be sad. Cause it's possible to shine in Life without any higher degrees.

It all depends on a few things - are you studying to learn a new skill and become more competitive on job market or because of curiosity?
Some collages aren't good at providing competitive skills, so one must know what he wants and what to expect after getting degree.
If you want to do high paying job you can work as a welder and after gaining experience and getting certified you can earn a lot more then with some collages.

Exactly, because it will bring us to a higher value of life.
Not always and not for everyone. First of all, you need to stop and understand who you are and what you are drawn to. What do you want to do even if you don't get paid for it? You will not answer this question right away. It may take you a few years. But don't forget to strive for what your heart aspires to.

I believe that higher education is very useful for anyone, for a variety of reasons:
- you learn more things - the higher the education is (Bachelor, Master, Ph. D.), the greater your specialization gets - you have more chances for a good job - you'll have more respect from others - you'll be smarter - you may have various advantages from your local laws -- for example, in Romania, the bachelor graduates in Computer Science don't have to pay some taxes.
Excepting all these, having a higher education now is way easier than before. In Romania, at least, after private universities appeared, only those which didn't want a bachelor diploma didn't get one. In the past, only state universities were here (meaning they were created by the govern) and it was very hard to be accepted. At some of them (Computer Science or Medicine) there used to be even 50 candidates for a single spot. But after private universities appeared, it was more simple. All you had to do was to pay the admission tax and you were accepted. No admission exam was needed. Professors were also accepting the students which were missing their classes, thus you only had to be present at your exams. Where you could cheat, of course, by copying from a colleague and voila the exam was passed.
Such things weren't possible at state universities, where teachers were very strict. As a consequence, having a bachelor or master diploma in Romania doesn't mean anymore that the respective student is actually a very smart person, as anyone can obtain such a diploma. In the past, the bachelors, masters or Ph. D.s graduated from state universities were certainly very intelligent people, as very few were accepted and even fewer were passing the exams and also fewer passed the diploma exam. But now, having such a degree is for any average person, as you only need to have the desire of such a degree and to pay for it.
Practically, there are so many bachelors and masters in Romania, that you'd think this country is full with genius people, but they are only average ones which paid to be accepted, copied during exams and obtained their diplomas. As a consequence, those having only the high school diploma are no way less intelligent, but those with higher education get the good jobs for having such papers.
I don't know the situation in other countries, how hard or easy is to have a higher education, but I certainly advise everyone to go as far as possible with schooling.

More they study then they will get better paying jobs but now sure how long this system is going to work, there are lot of graduates are in the world without knowing its applications that is why engineering field is getting deterioratied and more ground labors are getting increment due to their skills. So it is important to build our skills while learning itself and also need to apply the learnt things in practical life to get more clarity.

If I would be the age when I have to decide whether to go to college or not right not, in 2020 - I wouldn't go to the college 100% there are so many better opportunities nowadays. But If I would travel time back to the past when I'm about to go to the college - I wouldn't change anything

Yes, higher education can help you having a broader knowledge and perspective in life. Aside from this, it focuses in specific knowledge and skills depending on the career or path you have chosen. It is necessary to finish college to have a better job and earn more.

As a person with a Degree I would say no, it's not. The most important things you should know in college are: 1. Find the most important points in the bunch of information. 2. Learn how to negotiate.
There're lots of different online courses you can complete in a few weeks or months besides spending years in college. However, you cannot become a professional doctor or lawyer without a degree. Also, I believe that if you don't what to do with your life after school, you should go to university. By the end of it, you gonna completely understand what you truly want and even start doing it!
