Let's get the show on the road already.  MAX can't possibly get any cheaper than 1 penny USD.  It's a steal and should easily return 100-300 fold in the next 6-12 months.

Well nevermind about that 2$ and this price drop..if you compare maxcoin to worldcoin,megacoin,digitalcoin and many others...they are following the same pattern. Just check out chart of megacoin for example last year in december...first bull run from 0.00004 to over 0.0001 in september then two months of stagnation..price droped to 0.00002! Then boom 0.0015 per coin. Same happened to worldcoin, same happened with every fucking shitcoin. It is important for Bitcoin to rise first, than alts will follow. HODL!

I agree nothing will happen until we get the next huge Bitcoin boom.  And it's clear that won't happen until we get the ETF license.  I was certain that would happen this year but it's getting close to year's end and still no ETF.

This is what happens when coins have little to no marketing. The population interested in them is stagnant because nobody is reaching out to bring MORE awareness. Until that happens, they will continue to fall as people lose faith and ditch the projects.

oh boy, the maxcoin crypto one-two punch again?  Give me a freaking break.  The only tie this coin has with Max Kaiser at this point is it's name.  Max abandoned this coin before it technically got off the ground when the 'development team' was unable to even generate maxcoin's genesis block on his show.

Ask yourself this one simple question: "When is the last time you heard Max Kaiser even mention maxcoin on his show?  In an interview?  At all?

Maxcoin was and still is an embarrassment and I seriously doubt that is likely to change anytime soon.

I agree your argument hold's some water certainly.  But to hold onto a coin in the hopes that 'gullible people will suck this shit up and this coin will fly' is a pretty uninformed, and somewhat slimy way to try and make a profit or as is the case with most MaxCoin holders I'm sure at this point, just get their money back.  Additionally given the amount of focus Kaiser has been placing on StartJoin and StartCoin I suspect Max's return to this coin is highly improbable to say the least.

As for your comment regarding how is this different from 95% of the other alt's out there?  It isn't, I completely agree that majority of alt's are complete sham's, however, there are at least a handful (perhaps even less than 5%) at this point that are at least trying to do something innovative with their respective codebase.  A quick gander at the maxcoin github listing indicates there hasn't been a single line of code changed let alone new code written for MaxCoin in 3 months?!?!

It did came off very slimy and I should have worded it differently, but coins like this never intend to solve any problems and I just don't have sympathy for people who seriously believe in a coin just because there is a name behind it. I'm not bitter or anything as I'm very much in the green with maxcoin but I do think if this picks up (eve if it's a huge if) it will be for the very same reason it conceived; to fill some pockets. And I might as well have my little bag if that happens.
