We should pay our taxes cause they money of your country and the pay of our government officials is coming on our taxes. Tax is the obligation of every citizen, and it is compulsory for the law. As good citizens, we must comply with government regulations to pay taxes. unless we are poor people, we may not pay taxes.

It's just very simple. If we don't pay tax, we should do everything that we need to do individually. And guess what? We cannot do that with our own. It is better and more convenient if there are people they are in charge with these work. I really agree and I respect with the creation of this thread, we pay taxes for our own convenience, I also provide support to tax agencies in my country by paying taxes and reporting those who should pay taxes, of course with evidence also.

Paying taxes is our responsible, with those taxes not only those poor are beneficial with these but everyone. The money that used in doing public infrastructure (one of this is basically the road that you walk on) is from our taxes. The education you have is from the taxes that also everyone of us pay off. It is just a cycle - we give, they give. Even buying somethings by Bitcoin is also making taxes.

What happens if you are in a third world country and there is massive corruption? You pay taxes and there are no roads, schools, or any essential public utilities. Everyone wants to mock the dirty river but no one wants to get their hands dirty is the real deal with us , if we want better , if we want the corruption to end we need to do it ourselves and not wait for some miracle , doing our small bit and doing our duty are the two things that I consider is something that is the recipe for change .

I would say choose a better government or get involved in government body , even if you change one person it will truly change the world but not paying taxes and simply saying no man they are wrong so even we can do wrong is not justified is what I think.

I was born under a dictatorship regime, and that government was in power, corruption was the norm for almost 30 years and it took the collaborative efforts of people around, (military, church officials, governments authorities who can't stomach it anymore, and ordinary people to topple the dictatorship. And even was jumping for joy that time and thought that the country was heading in the right direction. 30 years moving forward, the country is still the same, corruption everywhere. So I don't think that we can simply move out of the country, less its a choice but if you don't have the necessary funds to go out you will be stuck forever. Although the current government is doing its best to curb out corruption like increasing the salary of the policeman, there are a lot being tempted to accept bribe money. That's why you can't really blame someone doesn't want to pay their taxes because we know that it will just go to the pockets of corrupt government officials.

I think there is a little bit controversial answer to this question. For me people should pay taxes because these taxes are for the welfare of the country and are utilized in the needs of country so that the country can become more developed and stable than it is in its present stage but if the people come to know that their money in not utilized in the way it should be, it’s better to cut off paying taxes.
